Likely Ithaca NYs premiere dining. Amazing experience and will be back sooner than later. High class French culinary style. Make a point to go here.

We were a large group. The staff was very accommodating. The food was good. I had a chicken dish and enjoyed it. The steaks looked like quality cuts. Price might be a little high but who knows with the crazy food prices.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here on a recent Saturday evening. The weather was perfect to dine on the outdoor patio. We started out with Bounty Harvest, sharing this delicious appetizer of Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Carrots, Crispy Broccoli, Sriracha Honey, Candied Nuts, Beets & Bleu Cheese. Our entrees were taken from the specials for that evening (and there were quite a few to choose from). We had the striped bass and the halibut entrees. Both fish dishes were outstanding, moist and tender, cooked to perfection. Both were served with a salad. Portions are ample, but we still saved room to share the Profiteroles dessert. Special thanks to Chris, our server, for making our anniversary celebration especially memorable.

One of less than a handful of restaurants in Ithaca that are actually good. Very expensive but you get what you pay for as this was probably the best dinner and drinks I've had in Ithaca. The beans that came with the steak do taste like they came straight out of a can, however, and I wish they would change it out for something more appropriate.

We stopped in for a drink before ending "date night". The bartender was super knowledgable about wines. I asked for a cabernet and he served me up a flight to taste. I had so much fun. And when I picked one it was a heavy pour. Such a fun and friendly experience to end a really good night.

Though the service was friendly and the takeout order on-time, unfortunately, the food was just not good. The prices were quite high for low quality food. My order consisted of the shrimp fajitas, mac and cheese, and the buffalo chicken flatbread. I would not recommend these items.

Nice spot, nice bar, good dining experience not too fancy not too casual, big wine list. Octopus appetizer, short rib soup and Rainbow trout were yummy

Had dinner last night with two good friends. Restaurant was full, our server was knowledgeable, fun and provided great service. Each of us had something different: duck breast, tuna, bone in New York strip. Presentation was great, flavors were great and the NY strip was prepared as requested and was very tender. Lava cake for dessert was a great finish. James, the Executive chef/owner celebrated his birthday working and visiting with guests. Terrific experience from start to finish!

My favorite restaurant in Ithaca. It's everything you'd expect from a really excellent restaurant, without any of the eye-roll gimmicks that are popular in restaurants of this caliber. There's just a focus on great service, ambience, and food.I want to stress how good the food is here. Everything down to the dip they bring with your bread is exceptional. They have a small menu, but it's obvious each dish was chosen and created with love. This is the only restaurant where I don't stress over what to order because even if it's a dish I don't normally appreciate, it's always delicious here. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. I've never regretted a meal here and am always looking forward to the next occasion I can celebrate at The Heights.

This place was delicious, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer. It was just incredibly expensive, hence the 4 stars. $36 for salmon is a little crazy, even if it was some of the best salmon I've ever had.
