Service lacking, know that these are hospitality professionals in training here. Server was charming, but it seemed he was trying to make up for his lack of skill. Did not know how to open wine bottle, sloppy service. Many of the other service staff members were walking around unsmiling and seemed nervous and ill at ease. They all need more training. Food was good.

I had the flatiron steak, which was very tender and cooked to my liking. The accompanying Parmesan fries and grilled asparagus were also very good. I have had the same entree before and it does not disappoint. The service was excellent, being attentive but not intrusive. The views over the Cornell campus are wonderful.
