I think the accuracy of my food has been much better than my rating a year or 2 ago. Good quality burrito rolls, food comes out nice and hot. Yeah the drive thru often gets backed up but I dont think they can help that. Popular place, short staffing, etc. Just be aware of it if you dont want to wait. The breakfast menu is really good too.
Just don’t even go here it’s worth driving to the next town for your Taco Bell they literally stand around and do nothing sat in the drive through for an hour for 2 items there’s no way to get out of line once your in your stuck the workers are more concerned with socializing than doing their job as you can see this line is the direct result of poor management and lazy staff literally save yourself a whole bunch of time and drive to the next Taco Bell
Food is good but the lobby always closes early like tonight on a Thursday Google said their lobby closes at 10pm I got there at 9pm and there were poeple inside eating but they told me the lobby was closed. Their drive threw is the worst, compared to every single other fast food place I have ever gone to this one in ithaca has the slowest drive threw it takes about 45 minutes to get through. The management need to get ahold of things or corporate needs the handle this cuz i they are loosing out on alot of business because of how slow they are and closing their lobby early. Fix it, cuz until it is I'm not going back I dont have the time to sit there for 45 minutes
OH MY LORD these tacos made me bust so hard last night. these scrumdidoliumcis tacos were sent down from the heavens above. thank the LORD for these tacos. they made me bust a nut so hard last night i was able to fill up a whole 200 bedroom orphanage. THANK YOU
They never get your order right, especially if you order anything vegetarian or vegan. I've been burned way too many times when I finally get home and bite into something and realize it's beef instead of beans or they left the cheese in when I specifically said no cheese. Horrible experience every time
I love to get the Chipotle chicken melt that's for a dollar but now it turned to a secret / online item. I didn't think to place an order before I got in line since I finished work and was ready to go home but the cashier knew what I wanted. And they respected that I wanted light Chipotle sauce. The food was made fresh and it tasted great.
Super irregular hours - impossible to know when they’re actually open without calling first. Also they screw up orders like half the time. Taco Bell is nice but get it together please
Worse taco bell I have been to. Serves tortillas that are practically empty. Ordered a chalupa box and they forgot the chalupa. Then the door was locked and the drive thru was long.
One star ⭐ only cause I had to pick at least one. This place has a whole lot of bad and lil good . Good it's clean cause you can't go in ...... Bad because it doesn't matter if I am in line for myself and family or picking up for a customer , I always get rude service, wait in line for an 1/2 HR to a HR each time . Then missing item or calling my customers liers on what they order to make my % drop on customer service and on like this place, I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated . I am Glad, I get the blunt end of the B's instead of my customers cause this place is hands down awful every time. And trust and believe I am going to stop taking runs for this place.................. Rather loose money then help put money in the pockets of people that don't deserve it
