Made an order for three subs to be ready by 7:35 got there at 7:32 they were all cold and when I got home no one wanted to eat them the bread was hard and couldn't even find the cheese they were 2 spicy Italians and one BLT. I was out 20 bucks, it was a horrible experience. We are regular customers and usually the ladies take care of us so that it's not cold at all, not had a bad experience till now. Tried to call and get a refund didn't reach anybody

Placed order on line the order was wrong called to ask them to remake it they refused. When I said fine I won’t return they good. Order at the location at least twice a week won’t be back. Terrible customer service
