The employees at this Starbucks location are extremely hardworking, considerate, and friendly. Clearly, they are understaffed, but the drive-thru was still pretty quick. I give this location 4 stars because the quality of the drinks/food is inconsistent.
I went to the drive through my drink wasn’t ready but the barista had a nice conversation I really like the place and my drink came out in less then 2 minutes!!
So excited to have a better location for getting Starbucks when I come to ithaca!
Nice brand new ‘bucks with a drive through! Nice to have a real Starbucks without having to go downtown. (Target and B&N don’t count)Service was quick, but they literally just opened today, so word hasn’t gotten out yet. And they snow probably keeping people in.
Went into the store to pick up an online order and said "Good morning"! No customers were in there except me. None of the 3 people working there responded. I picked up my order, said "Have a great day" and again, no one responded. Just looked at me. Apparently customer service is not on the menu. Now they've been closed for a few days and there's nothing on the website or the actual store to say why. Some severe growing pains going on.
This store hasn't been open recently but there are signs up saying they are hiring. Please update the hours and open/close status to reflect this.
I was really excited to get a Drive Thru in Ithaca, but this location is never open (and it just opened?). The store hours aren’t accurate.
Arrived at 6:15 am and the drive thru was blocked with a Now Hiring sign. Understanding the labor shortage, I went inside. I was told they weren't open any time soon.
We finally have a Drive-thru Starbucks in Ithaca! They are awesome! 10/10 the nicest people EVERY time (if I'm being honest that's almost every day
The employees whispered the word ‘unionize’ and now the brand new store has been closed for over a week at least.
