The coffee is very good. Starbucks making really good coffee. Ordered the cheese bread, it was dropping fat. Be careful.

The Friday night cashier and baristas are not well trainedI clearly said to the cashier: I have my refill cup. Can I get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew?The next second, the cashier filled my cup with water, then gave it to me.I told her that the cup was for my vanilla sweet cream cold brew and not for water. Then she argues back says that I thought you told me to fill it with water. After that, the cashier dropped my cup on top of the table. Then the barista dumped the drink into my cup and spilled it around the cup and the table. At this point, I couldn't believe their ethic of working were this bad. On top of that, they don't even refill the tissues or clean the table that spilled.
They only care about to go orders !! Waited 20 mins for a coffee with an empty store.. was full by the time we left.. So if you order to go your all set !
Mia is a wonderful server. She prepared me a Twix frappe, a drink of her own creation. Not only was it delicious, but beautiful! She is a professional worker and amazingly creative saleswoman. It has been years since I was last in this specific starbucks, but I will soon be returning!

Hit or miss for sure. This location can get really crowded. Some baristas are very friendly, others couldn’t care less. Last time I went, there was a mistake on my mobile order and I made eye contact and said hi to the barista twice and was still ignored and then she was snarky when I asked politely for a change. Kind of frustrating because I had to turn back and park again only to be greeted by that. The cashier on the other hand was a delight. Good place to stop if passing through Ithaca, just mobile order in advance!

Orders started to get screwed up, for example: when I'd order extra cream, they wouldn't give me any at all, not even a regular amount. Last year I called and complained and they'd promise a refund, but when I went in I was told the manager had been badly injured in an accident the week before and to come back two weeks later, which was valid. However, when I came back two weeks later, they outright denied any refunds despite promising otherwise. It's been downhill ever since. As recently as today, orders keep getting screwed up severely, none of my friends have been satisfied and I've taken to only ordering teas at this point because of how awful they screw up anything with more than two ingredients. Food is given cold, soy requests are ignored, and the fact they can deny a refund with such ease is ridiculous. The people who work there are nice and I hate to be like this, but it's been beyond frustrating.
Good selection, VERY friendly staff.
Downtown Ithaca and in a college area. Very hard to find parking and had to pay for it. Super busy with long wait for drinks. If you are from out of the are (like we were) find another Starbucks. Oh, and no restrooms.
