Expensive. Nice old building. Awful beer list. All Budweiser brands. There are so many great local breweries. Interesting why they don’t buy great local beer and with a high end menu why have so many low end beers.Food was bland. Service was goodMusic. I think they played a radio stationDont recommend

Great place to have a delightful interesting lunch. Staff was attentive and the menu had very varied choices.

Amazing food (must-try oysters), awesome service, pleasant ambiance. Thank you!!

Called ahead and there were no available tables, but the hostess said they might be able to seat us if we walked in. Sure enough, she was able to help us get seating at the bar and it was delightful: oyster appetizers, good pasta entrees, and a bartender who allowed me to taste the local beer options before settling on a beverage. Really appreciated the friendly staff!

I came here with expectations that this was the best place (or up there at least) in Ithaca for a Sunday brunch. The service was excellent - our servers were phenomenal and attentive to detail. My food - I got a Western omelet, didn't exactly live up to my expectations, however. The sausage gravy was very good but the omelet as a whole was just alright.

My two teenagers and I really enjoyed the food here and the service was excellent. Liked the atmosphere as well. Would definitely return.

I’ve been to Simeon’s twice and only after this second visit am I compelled to review. I ordered the mushroom sandwich at my first visit and it was a solid 3/5. On my second visit, I ordered the cauliflower and it was a 5/5. It was the best meal I’d had in a long time. The sweet rosé I ordered was also incredible and so was the Mediterranean salad they had for their special. However, I attended dinner with 5 other people and only one other person at the table enjoyed their food. All 4 others went as far as saying that they would not return.Furthermore, one member of our party did not like their drink and asked to send it back. The waiter said they didn’t know if they could take it off so they looked at someone else at the table and asked if THEY would drink it instead. The waiter seriously asked this. I insisted on my friend’s behalf to take it back and thankfully he did, but I was truly taken aback. Everyone at the table was people of color, so it makes me wonder if the waiter would have asked this if that were not the case.Although I loved my food, overall the experience left much to be desired. Will not be returning.

A quick bite became a wonderful lunch at this restaurant of real history and quality. Very fresh oysters, chased with local beer, and a Caesar salad, and attentive service through Myrna in cafe seating outside in the sunshine: instant vacation!

Great little gem in Ithaca. The New England chowder which the waitress recommended and claimed was "award winning" was great. Pure seafood is no stock with a generous amount of clam bits. Oysters were fresh and well presented.Great ambiance and very quick service. Highly recommend.
