Wow, ok so this place isn't hugely upscale but I was so impressed by the heart of both employees there that day. The went above to make sure I was happy. And my food was fantastic. I had a great afternoon and they definitely contributed to the vibe :-)
Ordered a party pack and a some extra wings, and I walked in, and not only was there only 1 guy working (he was getting slammed, I felt awful!)but the food he made was great! Don’t know what y’all are paying him, but it should be more! He was working so hard, and was alone, credit where credit is due!

We placed our order a day in advance. When we picked up the order the guy said you ordered 2 sheet pizzas and 4 dozen wings. We said NO we ordered 1 sheet pizza and 4 dozen wings. He became angry and started throwing stuff. Made us very uncomfortable. We won't be back, plenty of other great pizza in Ithaca.
Called for pickup on a whim since I had a coupon. I was put on hold and listened to loud beeping for 3 minutes before being disconnected. Finally called back and placed my order. I expected it to be poppin but there was only one other order waiting to be picked up and no one at the drive thru. The wings were decent but the pizza was burnt yet somehow cold even though I arrived at the time provided. Wouldn't rush back.
They were wonderful for our Men’s Lax team. The team loved their food and thank you for the pizza. Great place.
Most my order was messed up yesterday night was unable to call to get order to be corrected since they were closed by the time I got to my place with my food. I ordered Philly w the works which is mushrooms peppers onions they put lettuce and tomatoe instead ??? And I ordered 20 wings extra sauce medium and got plain wings with lots of grease. Usually there good about making food but whoever they had on last night (01/27) does not know what they are doing. Sadge.

This Pudgies would not take a gift card. They told us we had to use it where it was purchased. It was a gift! How do I know where it was purchased. Never heard of such a thing. They sell gift cards but they don't take them? Doesn't sound right to me why on earth would you buy a gift card if you can't use it?It is not a good system If you purchase a gift card, it should be good at all Pudgies!
