This place has it's ups and downs. Recently tried it again, got the multiple pizza special and some sides. Feels like they got a lot of the kinks worked out from when they opened, everything was great except for:MAJOR PROBLEM IS THAT THE PIZZA AND CHEESE STICKS ARE EXTREMELY SALTY!!!! THEY ADD SALT TO THE PIZZAS HERE!!!Everyone knows that pizza is salty enough, please, by all means stop salting your pizzas.
Incredibly embarrassing for almost 11 dollars. The picture says it all but let me say more. Before spring break the size of this salad was maybe 3 times what it is now. Makes sweet green look like a bargain but I guess when there’s no competition that’s what happens.
PRONTO PIZZA NOT LIVING UP TO ITS NAME.My colleague ordered two overpriced (and come to find out, undersized) pizzas and was told they would come in 40 minutes. She called an hour later to find out it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. We proceeded to find no pizza another 50 minutes later. My friend was hung up on when she called the establishment yet again, and we found out an entire 10 minutes later that the pizza had been SITTING IN A PARTIALLY OUTDOOR ENTRANCE IN FEBRUARY, which was not even the main entrance to the building. Additionally, hairs were found on each of the charred pizzas. Save your time and money.UPDATE: It has been nearly a week. Thankfully, my colleague did receive assistance, but she is yet to receive her refund. She was in correspondence with an employee who is yet to find her order.
A salad shouldn't take over a hour to prepare ... The location is bad if you have to drive here and told you have to wait such a outrageous amount of time. There's little to no parking unless you want to pay overpriced parking garage fees. I will never return to the his place.
Normally I don’t write reviews, but this place deserves much higher than a 3 star average. Food is delicious, unique, and somewhat healthy compared to the rest of C-Town. Staff is friendly, too.
Under cooked by a lot. Would go elsewhere

Nastiest pizza I've ever had. Food was undercooked, had no sauce, and smelled spoilt. Absolutely disgusting
I absolutely love Pronto's 12-inch personal pizzas! The crust is to die for and they have more options for super fresh toppings than anywhere I've ever been. I sincerely hope they do well enough here in town to be an Ithaca staple. If they make any mistakes, or if you are ever not satisfied with your order, they have the integrity to make it right for you. I can't wait for my next pizza night!
This place went downhill. Filthy by the back tables with fruit flies everywhere and dirty gloves just laying around on the floor. Didn’t get the orders right either. Won’t be coming back here again
