We dined in for my birthday and the service was terrible. The owner did not care and said the server was 17 so what did we expect. We thought we'd get a nice meal but we were wrong. The vodka sauce was bland and wait staff was more interested in hanging out than serving. Zero stars would have been preferable....
Supremely average. Kind staff, but I could’ve made the same dinner myself in 20 minutes for $5.
very yummy!!! Pesto fusilli with shrimp was amazing and the creme brûlée dessert was huge!! Perfect place for family !!
Josh & Mae are absolutely fantastic! First time I've been here and the staff is super helpful. Everyone is on point. They all know the menu by heart. They know good dessert wines and it's just a really fun time. Will absolutely come back, highly recommend.
I sat at the bar and was attended to by two lovely ladies. One I believe is the niece of the owner. They were lovely. I had the Spaghetti and Eggplant Rollatini. It was the perfect portion and everything was fresh and delicious. The wine was also very good. I did move to a table toward the end of my meal as there was a guy two seats down who loved the sound of his voice. I had heard enough. It happens. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
Nice atmosphere in good service. The food was decent but not great. My dish was cold and bland but the other dishes served at the table or hot and flavorful. I definitely go back to try a different dish.
Honestly the food there was very bland. Spaghetti sauce tasted like it came from a can, and had frozen meatballs. Both me and my girlfriend had terrible stomach cramps the rest of the night after eating their food. For the price of those plates you’d expect better. Don’t recommend at all
My husband and I visited Pasta Vitto on a freezing Saturday night. We had reservations which we were thankful for as they were very busy and people were waiting to be seated or walking out when they heard how long the wait was. We ordered the focaccia bread-3 pieces came with olive oil to dip. Served warm and was good. We also ordered arancini-3 large fried risotto balls, served with marinara sauce. We enjoyed them. Our salads and pizza came at the same time which was unfortunate because we didn’t have enough room at our small table. I had to hold my salad bowl and eat it and honestly didn’t really want it since the pizza smelled so good! I ordered grandmas pie with pepperoni which was amazing. I would definitely order again, it’s like a Detroit pizza. Very filling! My husband got the sausage pepper pizzette. He really liked it, this is a thin-style pizza. Even though we were already pretty full, we couldn’t resist ordering desserts. I got the chocolate cake, it was ok, too many frosting layers for me. It was a huge slice! My husband ordered the zuccotto, he liked it said it was light like a mousse. We also had cocktails, he had an old-fashioned which he loved. I did a tasting of a couple wines, neither were what I was looking for-a sweet wine like a moscato. If we are in Ithaca again, we will definitely be back. Very reasonably priced and the pizza stands out.
Amazing food, I had ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti was Al-dente and meatballs were cooked to perfection. Also, I tried the chicken Alfredo fettuccine that was amaazingg as well. The desserts were absolutely lip smacking and delicious I tried the cheesecake which I loveedd.
Great attentive service. Delicious food (Prosciutto/Arugula/Fig pizzetta) and cocktails in a comfortable setting.
