EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER ITS LATE OR SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT. SO SICK OF IT WE LIKE PAPA JOHNS PIZZA ALOT BUT ITS A SHAME MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. WE ARE ABOUT TO STOP ORDERING HERE ALL TOGETHER . THEY LIED ABOUT HOW LONG THE PIZZA TAKES FOR DELIVERY MULTIPLE TIMES . IF YOU WANT TO WAIT THREE HOURS FOR A PIZZA ,ONLY TO RECEIVE SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED , ORDER HERE THEN . WE ON TO HE OTHER HAND ARE GOING TO CALL CORPORATE VERY SOON TO TELL THEM THIS IS HOW THEIR ITHACA STORE IS RUN . WE WANT THIS TO CHANGE NOW!!!! SO SAD
I specifically ordered a large pizza with sausage and black olives, but instead got sausage and MUSHROOMS! Seriously, I know the girl on the phone heard that, especially the last four digits of my phone number instead of what was on the box. Used to love PJ’s, but on a real note, you guys need to do a better job! And again, when I say BLACK OLIVES, I mean BLACK OLIVES! NOT mushrooms! Get it right!
I’ve never been this shocked from a food order. It’s almost like a sick joke. The refund from Doordash didn’t even justified the time I wasted. Truly unprecedented. I don’t even know how to criticize this. If there’s one thing you guys should avoid in life, it should be this papa johns store. Wth!
I lost my best friend on February 28th. I wanted something comforting for dinner so I ordered a sausage pizza. I ate 1 piece and 2 of my sons had a piece. It was depressing. Thinking I paid $16 for something I could have gotten for a third of the price and actually have sausage on it. It tasted like it was in the freezer too long and never got to rise, then the lack of topping is unbelievable. I took the pick the next morning. Not something I will eat!
Not sure why the reviews are so bad! Delicious pizza! Delivered by someone who knows the area clearly! I have zero complaints! I feel great thanks to this pizza!!!
The manager was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. At an hour and a half I called to check and the person that answered, as well as the manager, were very disrespectful and acted like it was my fault. The pizza still hadn’t been made yet. I actually never received the pizza.
This is decent pizza, but it was delivered 2 hours late. I called twice and both times they assured me it would be there soon. Very unhappy with their service.
Ordered pizza for my kids at 6:55pm it is now 9:20pm. They took money out within a minute sent email it would be here within 30 minutes. When I call they say it’s out for delivery that was over an hour ago. Don’t recommend these liars.
I ordered a pizza at 6:30pm set for a 8pm delivery. After two phone calls promising the pizza would be there shortly I received a cold pizza a little after 10pm. DO NOT have a pizza delivered from here.
