Food was fine. Just like every other Panera bread. Ok tasting. Clean place. Service was lacking. Not one person greeted us or made us feel welcome at all. No smiles. No response at all. When we went back to get the cookies and treats we promised the children the person behind the counter looked right at them and then took their requested items away as they were watching and said that they could not have them because they were being donated. This was done out of meanness. We will not be back. It doesn’t matter how clean your place is or how good your food tastes, if your staff lacks the human connection, you are not a place that people should visit.
The food always taste fresh and great when I visit. They understand and take your orders seriously too. It's like a fancy fast food restaurant. The lines aren't always too long and the cashiers are quick to getting your order ready.
Service can move slow on part of the day. But the food is good and the prices are affordable I am here for morning meetings and getting my bite from Panera Bread.
I almost broke a tooth on this fragment in my sandwich at the Ithaca Panera. I reached out to Panera customer support 8 days ago, still not so much as a “sorry” or attempt at a make-good. Well, I’m (not) sorry I won’t be coming back to any Panera restaurant!
The most inconsistent Panera in my experience. Could be due to supply chain issues, or short staffing, but this location is always out of something. Whether it be the right bread, or a side, if you're coming here, make sure to check the app before you decide, as this location might not have all the options available for your food. The food is alright and standard Panera. Dining room is sometimes closed and only open to Drive-Thru.
This is how they “slice bagels in half” lol. Half of the dozen bagels come this way while the other ones have a very thin top/bottom part. Very poor quality control... I mean, please just don’t slice at all if you are going to randomly chop my bagels.... This is about careless food preparation and quality control, though the taste and customer service is still wonderful - the season I give 3 stars.
I came at a very busy time and to pull into this only to have to turn around wasn’t easy to do with people behind me. Perhaps shutting off the two entrances that lead to this would be helpful to guest with larger vehicles.
Went here because a friend wanted to go. As soon as I received my food, I remembered why I have not eaten at this place for years. Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup is better than what I got. It tasted like it had glue in it and it was not hot when I got it...barely warm. The bread was so hard I couldn't break it off or chew it. YUK
Panera Bread is open now for indoor dining. This is a great place to get a breakfast sandwich or lunch. The food is served quickly usually within 5-10 minutes. There are plenty of tables and seating. The space is always clean. Staff are helpful and polite. I would recommend this place.
Slow slow slow ! Don’t come here if you are looking for quick drive thru. Cause it ain’t that. Good food but expect to wait 10-15 min in your car.
