Going to start with I never bother rating places. Tripphammer Mall McDonald's was one of the worst experiences I've had. It took TWENTY minutes for them to get five cars through the line. My boyfriend and I ordered two drinks. The girl at the window didn't say hi. She was annoyed I had cash. The guy behind her was on his phone and talking to her. Top it off... I got root beer instead of coke. When I tried to go into the lobby it was locked. They close at 8. Had it not taken 20 minutes to get through the drive through I would've been able to get that fixed.Minus 5 stars.
The service just like trash. We ordered from doordash like 40$. They mistake the wrong order and give like 15$ maybe less and the customer service of doordash said they cannot even give us refund. Neither place the order again. Theses two platform just like combine together to cheat customers. U guys can see in the picture. Only one burger has no relation to the order.
I don't have any issues with the workers, for the most part they are just doing their job. However, I often get shorted on my coffee. I order one size and apparently they never have that cup size ( it varies) and I get a much smaller cup. Think about, if order a large and pay for that ahead of time, why would I be okay with a small? Not to mention the cup is half full. This happens without ice. It's strange to me as it happens a lot.
Worst McDonald's on the planet! Wait in line at the drive thru for almost an hour every single time you come here plus dine in is NOT available here. Even waiting all that time orders are still wrong and/or missing items. Couple of times I've ordered a 1/4 pounder and it was absolutely RAW! Took it back and the next one was just as RAW! I DO NOT recommend anyone come to this McDonald's! They always say they are under staffed but to see inside the stations are are occupied with a worker. McDonald's on Elmira road in Ithaca is about 10 mins further down 13 and has way better service! Or about 10-15 mins the opposite direction to Dryden McDonald's.
I’ve never been treated so poorly. I went through the drivethru at 10:20am and asked if I was too early for lunch. They said yes so I asked how much longer. I was told 10 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and saw the lunch menu up so I placed my order and was read back something different so I asked, “oh are you still on breakfast?” I was told yes so I asked if they could put the breakfast menu back up so that I could pick something, anything. I’m a hungry breastfeeding mom with my infant in the backseat and had a few extra minutes between appointments and just wanted something to eat. I was yelled at and said they had no control over the menu and told to get out of the way so that other customers could order breakfast. I asked if they could take my lunch order and have me pull aside to wait for it. I was again yelled at to get out of the drivethru because I was running out their clock. I said I was blocked in until the car in front of me could pull forward and was again yelled at that they in no way have started lunch and I was refused any sort of service. I would have happily ordered breakfast had I seen what was available……. There were also absolutely no customers behind me in line.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and an ICED CARMEL COFFEE and they gave me a regular iced coffee when it wasn’t busy at all. They confused the order in the first place and customer service is trash. I expect more especially at a fast food restaurant bc it’s not hard to do. Foods already pre made for them. Care about your jobs please bc I shouldn’t be getting drinks and food incorrect. Worse McDonald is Lancing up by the Ithaca mall.
Honestly some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. Me and some buddies were in the drive through for like 45 minutes and the inside of the store wasn't even open. Come on guys.
Always a good experience here. For the amount of customers they serve, they do it well. Management seems to be on top of things and everyone seems to work well as a team. I seriously have not seen a McDonald’s so busy and do so well at the same time.
Oh jeez where do I begin. One star is way too many. My biggest problem with this store location is is that the food is never fresh. I pray that they're busy when I arrive to order because when they're not the food feels and tastes like it's been sitting for quite some time. Is it really too much to ask for a consistent fresh standard. I'm always in awe when the food is made fresh and correct. I'm eating right now as I'm writing this review ! I'm questioning why the patties aren't even hot? I am going to make it my life mission to avoid this location!!
Drive thru completely failed got the wrong persons meal even though they told me it was correct. This place is a dumpster fire.
