You wait in line for half of your lunch hour, and when you finally get your order, it’s wrong… again! My receipt is correct but my plain cheeseburger is covered in ketchup and pickles. The cashier asked if I ordered Coke..no, Dr Pepper. Right, this is Dr Pepper. No…. It’s not… it’s Coke. Last week, I requested and paid for bacon… nope, didn’t get one slice. When I mentioned it at the window, four employees later I just gave up. Wish they’d get it together. Better yet, I wish there were other drive-thru options near the mall! Disappointed again.
Short staff they're closing at 11:30 Tonight but save yourself a trip anyway and DON'T EVER GO HERE! Sat in driver thru for 25 minutes to have the drive thru lady ( who stated she was the only one taking orders which was fine but go back to the correct lane first) take the other lane order first after they waited only 5 minutes. Then completely ignored the fact that I was going to tell her she should pay attention to what she's doing and take the correct order first and went on taking orders instead of opening the window to listen to the complaint. She knew what she did wrong that's why she never came back to take my order. SMFH place is going down hill fast. Always something here. Attitude from the worker's that act like you're the stupid one bc they can't give a refund for a Mobile order when the milk shake machine "is down" they say but it's really pure laziness of not wanting to make it. Back in October I made a complaint and still haven't heard back, the workers disregard complaints like they didn't do anything wrong. Called the how did we do number and remember I was still waiting for a call back from the October 31st incident last year.
Fries are supposed to be the signature dish for McDonalds, but the soggy sticks we got yesterday were not even the resemblance of what a McDonald's fries should be. But, unfortunately, it didn't stop there... the "crispy" chicken was not crispy at all, but a failed attemp. It was close to 10pm going into drive through. After this experience I feel like not having McDonald's in a while...
My experience with this place is always amazing. They could work on not making their food so greasy but other than that the food and place in general is great.
Been quick service for the past week, still friendly workers. Lines been long though but the food been fresh.
Things have gone up in price, I understand this. What I don't understand is staff throwing food in the bag, putting fries on top of fries so the bottom ones are squished. Its disheartening that nobody seems to take pride or even care about how they do their job.
Ordered hamburgers and got cheeseburgers and ordered cheeseburgers and they all were cold mo mustard and no ketchup, the fries were cold and soggy the fish we order was also cold and the bun was stale. One one the worst places in Ithaca to eat.
Just ordered food and let me tell you what a disaster. Line was outrageous. And when I got to the speaker they said it would be just a minute... Five minutes later.. When they were handing me my stuff they confirmed my order back to me including my drink. I ordered a caramel macchiato and they tried handing me an orange soda. Again they confirmed which drink I ordered. When I got my "correct" drink I had to reconfirm it was my macchiato because it didn't look right because it was all blended like an ice coffee. They said it was macchiato. Not sure what it was but there was no ice in my drink. I'm not sure what these teenagers are doing but it's not their job. Need to pay better attention. Hire better people...
Went through the drive through . None of the 3 people I saw handle my order had on masks or gloves. Tompkins County is sky rocketing with covid right now. I couldn't believe my eyes. I almost drove off and left the food. But I had already paid for it and just wanted out of there. I wont be back during this pandemic.
Dakota shift manager, after messing up our order and already being told by another manager we could come back within two days. She claims we have to drive a half hour back or else they won't replace our food. Informed her gas was 3.50 a gallon and that it wasn't fair to expect us to come back. Going to speak with GM today and never go back to thus location
