It's dinnertime, and I've gone into the restaurant to place my order. I'm told I can't order what I'd like, a special order of all dark meat for my three piece meal, because SAM, the manager isn't accepting "special orders" as the restaurant he's managing "is behind." The cashier looked at me like I was out of my mind to expect I'd get what I'm paying for. Customer service overall is horrific. A few days ago my order was incorrect, but I hadn't realized it until I got home. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I, for one (of many) won't be back. Businesses aren't doing customers a favor...the customer keeps the business IN business. Let's see how long SAM is allowed to continue this standard of customer service... beginning: 1800 hrs, 1 JULY 2022

As other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is terrible.I placed an order for pickup, but my order was missing when I went to go pick my food up.They told me someone else must have already picked my food up and shouted at me like I was inconveniencing them instead of offering to prepare my food again.They ignored me for about half an hour until the manager finally came and explained one of the employees wrote the wrong name on the bag that was intended for me which was why my order was "missing".I still had missing items in the end, but I just left because I didn't want to deal with the employees.

Fried chicken sandwich is so good especially when its pipin hot. Chicken fingers with kfc sauce, mac and cheese, biscuits, all really good too. Drive thru is very quick and staff have all been nice and patient whenever I go for lunch. They do usually forget something though so just check your bag before you leave!

Very delicious tenders, and fries were cooked nicely.If you want a quick bite to eat, I highly suggest this place through and through. The drive-through times were quick, staff was very friendly, and food was delicious!It is quite the challenge coming in/out of the establishment on towards the main road, but as long as you know how to practice safe driving habits and look at the road, you should be just fine! Would eat again.

I have never came across a restaurant that warrants a one-star like this one. I have been here three times. Every time, I have encountered someone being rude to me, the people with me, or another group of people. I can understand mistakes happen and people may say things that can come across unintentionally rude. I try to give passes. But when you always get treated poorly, I cannot give excuses.On top of the attitudes, they provide some extremely subpar service. Every time I went there, they have forgotten some item. If you happen to go, be sure to check your order. Also, one of the times I had to wait for 45 minutes for one chicken sandwich.

I'm giving a 3 star only because my customer service the first time coming here was much better than the last. Even though my order ended up being incorrect when I got home, I chalked it up as being new. They were so nice it didn't warrant a bad review but... my last transaction was nothing like the first. 12 pc meal and a bucket of popcorn chicken. Pretty simple. $50. There is always an issue with the popcorn chicken. The customer service this time was non existent. Then before I pull away I noticed that the popcorn chicken wasn't there. Before I jumped to conclusions I pulled off down the road and checked. Sure enough it isn't there. When I call I get asked 3x if I was sure describing the box. I mean they usually don't know what it is but, I order it often so, yes I am sure. I tell them I'll just bring the food back and they can check themselves and get a refund. Upon arrival they refused to look or to give a refund for missing product. Call again after they toss the missing product at me to be told that it didn't happen that way. Doesn't matter. If a sorry was even mentioned I would have felt better. I'm sure they won't go out of business on account of me but I guarentee judging by others experiences this specific establishment may struggle in the future.

Ordered my food online at 2:30 for a pickup at 4:45. When my order was confirmed, they said it would be ready for pickup at 5:05. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was fine when they told me my order would be out in 5-10 minutes. Multiple people came in and placed orders and left while I waited. My food was finally ready at 5:35.There is no order or communication on the line and that is the biggest downfall of this branch. The manager was a very nice man, but wasn't very attentive.One of the things I ordered was a 5 piece Nashville hot tender meal. I only got 4 tenders. I had another meal with two large mashed potatoes and gravy, but only got one gravy.Probably will not be ordering from here again.

KFC, one of my favorite food establishments...when I'm not in fear of my life. The blatant disrespect of highway ordinance and tomfoolery is the exact type of beligerance one wouldn't get at any other fast food chains. Traffic is unbearable, coming out into the main highway and is a danger to everyone involved whilst attempting to navigate downtown. One can even imagine the delectable flavours this new location has to offer, and if said options are worth my insurance premium.Will not be returning until further notice due to racism and stuff.

Just got home with my food, drive through was pretty quiet, only 2 cars infront of me. I ordered 2 piece leg and thigh meal, and a chicken sandwich only. Received wing and breast combo and my sandwich is covered with mayo and no pickles

Ate there once and they forget every single side. Love that for me
