Super kind baristas. Shop seems a little barren but it may have just been a weekday setup or response to COVID distancing recommendations. I appreciate the safety they exercise. Great coffee on the go.
The coffee is 5 stars, the over the top prices bring it down. Even the top notch coffee has its limits
Espresso very acidic for my taste but well prepared on ice! Still requiring masks to enter and order, beyond absurd.
The single origin beans are roasted to bring out the best of each. An espresso to go was rich and complex; so enjoyable I sipped it. The hot chocolates ordered by our party were chocolaty, smooth and well balanced, not too sweet. The steamed milk provided just the right texture and flavor.
Previous reviews that mention "good Wifi" or "good place to work" are horribly misguided. Indoor seating appears to be gone for good. The "Dine-in" option simply does not exist.
Friendly baristas, tasty baked goods and most of all incredible coffee. One of my faves in Ithaca.

Excellent coffee. I'm pretty sure I'm hooked on the double- shot espresso latte! Great baristas, friendly service. I believe the State St. Gimme only does take-out at this time.

Simply, what can you say about a place that makes the best latte? Because of COVID this location has no indoor seating, but that is a minor point. Every coffee bean has an origin and a story. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. We stopped in multiple times to get brewed coffee, latte or tea. Plus picked up a bag of beans to go before leaving town.
