Burger came quicker than I expected. Made me wonder if the patties had been pre-cooked. I ordered grilled mushrooms and onions. Onions weren’’r cooked through. Patties were really dry and chewy. I’ve been to a lot of 5Guys and I really hope they haven’t started using cheaper meat. 2 stars are for the service and the fries were up to snuff!
Decent burgers but wish they let the cheese melt a little more, but all the toppings yoi could want for free. Great fries freshly made in peanut oil and they always give you extra. And you gotta try one of their shakes, Peanut Butter is amazing. It's a little on the pricey side for fast food but still good every once in a while.
This is the worst 5 guys I have been in. Every table was dirty, as was the bathroom. We were there around 3pm and staff served customers quickly, but they seemed to take more chat breaks than you'd expect.I think the kitchen layout impedes customer service and ability to manage the dining area, I do not remember another 5 Guys with a deep kitchen compared to long. This is a smaller location then I was expecting and it does have a negative impact on the restaurant.Food was a good as you'd expect from 5 Guys.
No frills great burgers and outstanding fries.
We came to the 5 guys in Ithaca Ny today , it opens at 11:00. At 11:05 people were still waiting to get in because the full crew that watched 3 people come to the locked door were apparently not ready to open . After finally opening the door and turning on the open sign the entire crew shouted to the young man that entered ahead of us that he “must have a mask on or he can’t be here” .. we got up and placed our order , went to get our drinks and only diet soda was available all the regular coke was out , we went to sit down and the first table we pick is absolutely filthy with dried on food ( they were very worried about the germs from the unmasked gentleman but not about the filthy tables ). Before leaving both bathrooms are out of order
Food is very good here. Tables were a bit messy and had to be cleaned up, but this is definitely one of the best burger places in Ithaca, NY. This is a trustable place I come up to everytime I'm here for college/visits.
Took our track team here after a meet at Ithaca College. Ordered ahead on the app. Everything was as ordered and quick. Team loved it, no concerns from anyone. Busy as usual, definitely would recommend ordering ahead on their app.
