The food is pretty tasty for a chain, it definitely tops Subway and DiBellas in the area. The portions are decent but nothing special for the price. The ingredient quality was good and everything appeared fresh. Overall I say I probably would eat here again in the future. They have a cool promo on their site if your name is the daily pick you get a free sub by the way so check that out.

As far as chain sandwich shops go, Firehouse is an excellent choice. The one in Ithaca is great. Awesome service, clean restaurant, great tasting food. What else could you ask for.
The subs were definitely inexpensive. I didn't enjoy mine, but the other person I was with did. There were not many options to choose from, but you can build your own. Be aware that when you build your own, it does come with lettuce, onions, mayonnaise, and tomatoes. I didn't know that at the time, so I really did not enjoy my sub that came with all of the extras.
We love the subs from firehouse. However...I have a question for you. Are all orders for subs supposed to get a pickle slice included? I ask because for the third time we ordered subs and got no pickle. We even said please don't forget the pickle. That's our only complaint. Sometimes we get a pickle, other times we don't, even when we specifically ask for the pickle. Can you please clear this up for me? Thank you.
Under new owners. The briquette sandwich is normally very good. This time i can say the new owners are not doing such a place justice. The bread was hard and meat portion was next to nothing.
i love the food here, but their customer service is awful. i went in today around 5pm and the young man who took my order was absolutely terrible and gave me such attitude. i hope he gets fired for how he treats customers because it made me and my family not want to come back.
I came in yesterday for a salad and asked that it have no ham. Staff took order correctly. When I got the salad it was full of ham. Did not go back.I did return the next day and talked with the staff and they were amazing!!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!!!

Worst sub I ever had. Hardly any meat and mostly bread. Wegman's makes the best subs. Firehouse should take a course from them.
