The doors are locked, so you have to pick up your order from the drive thru. They needed to reimburse me for my order because they didn't have bagels and they asked for my app but didn't know how to reimburse through there, so they reimbursed through my card instead. The workers are rude.
If I could give it a zero stars I would. They say they are open at 5am but you can’t go in the store till 7am. That’s really not fair to the people who work out of a large vehicle and can’t go through drive through. Good job DD
I'm only putting this at a three because the awful 10 minute wait for each person plus an additional 5 minutes if necessary was awful, not perfect for a fast food place. But the workers were great and friendly. The food also was fresh and tasted great but if I waited that hour long wait to get my food, I would been late to work and had awful undelightful food which no one should receive and no one should be waiting a long time for food and/or drinks.
Was looking for ham for my sandwich and they didn't have any. But I understand. So I got bacon with extra bacon. Food was good. Clerks was smiling. Was a good time. I recommend.
The staff is very very rude. They’re always so slow to move cars through the drive thru. The one on Elmira is 100x better.
Can't beat the wonderful breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts. Impressed that they have a meatless option. There is never more than a couple of minute wait and the food is fresh and we'll prepared. Of all the options out there Dunkin' has the best by far.
absolutely ridiculous. we ordered two small drinks through the app for walk in and come to find out when we arrive they close the lobby and refused to let us come in and pick up our order. if you are going to close the actual walk in area please also close your option to pick up in store. the lady i talk to over the phone was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. i will never be coming to this dunkin again i’m beyond upset with the service i received and hope they fix how they run their store for the future
Nice place and clean but associates weren't helpful at all.
The app charged me twice today and I was told they have nothing to do with the app and that my order did not go through after waiting on line for 10 minutes. My bank/checking account app shows me that I was charged $6 twice
Did a mobile order and picked up. Fast and efficient. Drinks and snacks were very good.
