Good for what it is and definitely needed in that location. Not enough parking or seating and it's not that clean (retail area had dust and cobwebs). Staff is friendly; food above average.
Delicious breakfast, very friendly service. We were staying downtown Ithaca and happened to find this location via the internet, and while it was a little out of the way we took the drive over. So glad we did the breakfast sandwiches and pastries we picked up were delicious. Ordering ahead seemed to be the thing to do if you can just for a little bit faster in/out service but overall we really enjoyed our food.
I’ve gone here twice now, because after drinking their green smoothie once I was hooked. It’s super refreshing on hot days and I highly recommend it.I’ve also ordered their sandwiches, the Dagwood and the Ting (named after a student who worked there), and both were super delicious. I’m lactose intolerant and they always super nice about addressing my requests.Lastly, I ordered the pies to eat with friends and they are so delicious. The decorative crusts are a highlight.
A small little Cafe just on the outside of town with some amazing food. This place was poppin' when I got in, but the line to order moved quick the wait to pick up took a bit more time I waited about 15 minutes, but well worth the wait. If you order a drink it'll be ready before your food, this will give you something to have while you wait not to mention there are some ready to eat quiches, cinnamon rolls and croissants to munch on as well.I got the Diva open faced bagel, it had cream cheese, provolone, bacon, avocado, and Pico on top a little messy to eat but very good. I also got a Chai Latte, I was a little disappointed with. I took a sip and it tasted not like Chai, but like coffee, and then I felt a jittery highly caffinated jolt, it didn't taste bad, but enough to ask the Barista that it was in fact Chai, she said it was and although I said it tasted like coffee, she simply replied it was definitely Chai, but did offer to remake it, I declined. I later determined it must've been a Dirty Chai with a shot of espresso, I don't drink coffee so I wasn't a fan of it. I do enjoy a sweet and spicy Chai; with the tastes of cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, and nutmeg.Overall great food and I'll definitely be back to try some more food and desserts
AMAZING food, customer service, response times, and flexibility as always from Dolce Delight as they pulled off catering a very last minute event for me at work last week! I’ve been a Dolce Delight fan and customer for years, but they went above and beyond accommodating this frantic request. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared, as always. Whether you need an event catered, holiday meal support, a sweet treat or the most delicious breakfast sandwiches you’ve ever experienced - Dolce Delight is the place for you.
But Ithaca secret. Best quiche in town, food is always fresh and varied. Quality coffee, local fair, a solid brunch and breakfast spot that bar family dines at frequently.
This is an adorable little bakery/pastry shop on the outskirts of Ithaca. Everything is made fresh daily and the coffee is wonderful too. There is usually a classic movie playing (Bing Crosby and such) and the staff is very friendly and service is top notch. They can be busy and they are very popular but are well worth the wait. We stop for a treat every time we visit Ithaca.
Plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch. Very friendly staff, fast service, delicious food, great coffee. Lots of incredible pastries.
Great people, Great food and goodies. Best bfast sandwich ever ❣️❣️
Stopped here while in the area working. Got the tuna melt. Very good tasting sandwich and very nice customer service. Just be warned, it was a little messy but worth the extra napkins. Would definitely come here again if in the area.
