Margaritas are delicious we needed to eat and Fajitas were so good fast service also
food is mediocre management sucks you don't talk bad about your staff to people that are just walking through the door you don't down your staff in front of patrons coming into your store and you sure as hell don't try to run a restaurant if you don't know what the hell you're doing, the Ithaca Chili's is the worst place I have ever been to and I've been to quite a few chilies in my travels and you have to go location is by far the worst as far as management is concerned and the bartenders really got to learn how to make a drink they really suck
We came out for anniversary dinner and was very very disappointed. The brisket was gross and over cooked. The jalapeno smoked sausage was over done and was actually kelbausa. The corn on the cob was overcooked and soggy. The quesdilla salad was way over dressed the salad was swimming in the dressing it was soggy and had salad end pieces in it. the quesdilla was over cooked stale tasting.

Nothing much more to say. Cheap quality food, ill prepared at median prices. Service was good a restaurant was clean but the food is terrible.
A chain restaurant, plenty of paved parking, plenty of seating but if one sits at tables in the bar area then they need addional waitress. The female bar has her hands filled tending bar patrons and taking orders from dinners. As we have stated before her lengthy conversations with bar patrons dimishes her waitress capabilities. There are alcohol drink specials with a large selection of menu items. The portions received are large with containors given for food items to be taken home. A return visit will surely be made and again we have never had a bad meal there but a typical Chili's! Worth a dining experience!
Surprisingly decent lo-cal chicken breast entree was consistent over several days. If you can handle the rictus grins of the hostess and servers as they say "Welcome to Chili's!!!" and continue to smile during the ordering/serving process, the rest of the experience is pretty predictable. We were offered margaritas at 12 noon on a weekday without irony, so there's that, too. The food has been consistently decent the past few years I've gone when I visit Ithaca, so it won't disappoint if you know what to expect.
