This place is a joke 90% of the company is ran over Facebook messenger, they treat there workers like dog ? they don’t pay accordingly, burgers are 95% of the time burnt with cold fries, and the dining room and kitchen are a disaster code needs to shut this place down they have rodents, lazy workers and poor management. Very I’ll customer service.
The service was ok. Honestly the food was deeply disappointing. We ordered 1 Whopper meal, 1 Chicken Sandwich meal, and an 8 piece chicken nugget. The fries were the La Croix of fries. They have nearly zero salt and all the taste of oil. If blindfolded with a gun to my head I would be unable to tell you what I just ate. The whopper was sad for a burger. The mayo tasted like Miracle Whip. There was absolutely no yum factor at all. The chicken nuggets came as chicken fries which were so dry. They tasted like pepper so at least there was a discernable flavor. Finally the chicken sandwich, both my wife and I tasted it and agreed: it tasted burnt. We open up the bun to find that the whole inside of the bun was black. It has been years since I've eaten at a BK and now I fear that clock has started again. Considering the quality and cost of the food I'd rather have gone hungry to be honest. We threw out the food halfway through. Our desire to not waste food was outmatched by our desire to stop eating this mess. The food that I loved as a kid is long gone. Now all that is left is the mediocre meal monarchy.
I’m not so much of a Burger King person, but the spouse and I decided to give it a try…mistake. I ordered the new(ish) whopper melt and the big draw was that it had caramelized onions. Spouse had a burger with bacon. Arriving home— no bacon, no grilled onions. So very, very disappointing. We won’t be going back.
The staff here is disrespectful, dirty and RUDE, they dont know how to make orders correctly or just be normal humans. Save yourself a huge mistake and just dont ever ever go to this Burger King
friendly but disorganized crew, confusion abounds, worst croissants ever, dry, smashed to pieces, just awful. fast food gone wrong - the movie would be it.
Store is horrible they always say the don’t have items and stopping service before closing time. how a burger restaurant run out of buns it’s the weekend will never go back there
There is a sign on the door that says you must wear a mask, yet many employees are not wearing masks at all. When I asked about it, a store employee put a mask on under his chin. They are clearly not concerned about their customer’s safety.
They didn’t give any sauce and the burger was tiny and $13 with no lettuce and no bacon when paid extra for bacon
Terrible service. Extremely slow. 10+ minutes in the drive-through with no movement. Was like this pre-lockdown so it's not new.
Tonight my boyfriend and I came to Burger King where we waited well over ten minutes- when the restaurant was completely dead. We were double charged on a product- the worker packing our food not only wasn’t wearing a mask- but he was touching his face over and over again- never once washed his hands- and the. Proceeded to handle our food! Highly disgusted!
