my food always turns out wrong not sure who reads and or cook check the food temperature but this isn't it attention to details but yet always wanna expect a tip smh do better and maybe ppl would tip better.
Had a great night and fantastic service. Food was fresh and came out in a timely manner. We will be coming back again in the future!

Ordered a well done burger, the site even has the exact temperature of a well done burger & this is what I received. A raw burger. I also ordered beef nachos & the beef was old dry & darkened from sitting out.I always get the tenders because they are usually good, but this time they were undercooked to the point the dough was falling off. I’m pregnant & this was very disappointing for me. The burger was specifically for me & I now have nothing to eat.

French onion soup is the best usually great waitress n waiters n very fast n clean I just dont understand one thing y does applebees not have beef or chicken gravy ?? weird ...

Their service definitely went done A LOT post-COVID. Used to like this place, but after visited them again last night, I felt extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.A few things:1. Entrees out earlier than appetizer (yes, they actually served the appetizer the last)2. The short rib was very very dry and hard3. Got the favor of my wing order wrong4. After corrected the favor for the wings, they charged us two orders of wings (I have never had this problem before, it’s just ridiculous)I definitely won’t come back.
Used to enjoy it on lunch from work, butttt for some reason they thought it was a good strategy to open at 3pm. Thanks Applebee's.
Doctor confirmed Food Poisoning from the steak dinner I ate from the Ithaca Restaurant Friday July 16, 2021!Had an eight oz steak, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli! Ask for the steak to be grilled “MEDIUM NOT RAW IN WHEN CUT INTO! Had to microwave it!!!!!!! Ate half the dinner then got sick a few hours later!!!!!!!!Talked to a manager yesterday named Vinney; He claimed take down the information I gave me and claimed to refund my $18.35. Well!!! I don’t see refund in my bank account yet!!!!!!!
