I enjoyed the food and cafe but I was not impressed with the area where the cats were. The room had a humidifier that looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. One of the cats had their eyes dirty that could have easily been cleaned. I think they could do better with the conditions the cats were kept in and the room being cleaner.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Here's why.1. This place CHARGES for masks if you don't have one. I don't mind wearing a mask, but charging customers who don't bring them (because the NYS mask mandate has ended) is just so low. It's funny, you buy a mask, walk 15 feet and order, then sit down and take it off.2. Their excuse for a cat room is pitiful. In addition to charging $5 per person for a 30 min session with other random cafe-goers & cats in one of the most cramped rooms imaginable, they only had about 4 cats when I came here. No drinks allowed in either! Save your money and go to a humane adoptionn society, where they let you visit multiple cat rooms for free.3. The staff was super weird. From the way they take your order to just small social interactions, it was a very uncomfortable energy put out by them.4. The drinks were extremely lackluster. From the tea to the coffee, you really wish you were drinking anything else. The vegan strawberry cupcake was pretty good, though. All in all, horrible spot. Go somewhere else for a better experience.

Cute cafe with great food, however, I'm deducting a star for cleanliness. I don't expect perfection for a business that actively houses cats, but the overall cleanliness was far worse compared to other cat cafes I've been to. The odor in the back of the cafe was horrid, and the floors and chairs felt so grimy, I didn't feel comfortable sitting. There was a small play area in the back which my 2-year-old loved, but every surface was covered in filth. We were also charged for 2 cat passes, which according to their menu, we should have only been charged for one since my son is under 12. Not a huge deal since the cost is only $5 and the proceeds are donated, but something to be aware of. Otherwise, it was a good experience. The ambiance was nice, the food was excellent (and had multiple vegan options), and the staff (and cats) were pleasant.

Good coffee but the best part is The Cats!!!

The cats are great. They divide the two cat rooms into hyper and calm, but I would say the calm cats aren't as sociable as the "hyper" cats.If you go around 2-3, the hyper cats seem to get tired and they start to nap.Cool place!

The very definition of vibes, the low energy room is nice and chill your going to have to work for the cats to play with you. If you go to the high energy room, you won't be disappointed either. Aside from the cats which is priced at $5 per 30 minutes, the café itself offers a variety of baked goods and hot or cold beverages, that are worth the price for an stay.

Smaller cafe but plenty of space to meet up for a coffee. Usually get their London Fog when I go and has always been to my liking. You can also pay to go into a room with cats they have for adoption, but if not there is a huge window where you can watch the cats from. Local artists/makers have items for sale at the front of the store and can make for nice stocking stuffers/gifts for cat lovers.

We were so excited to see this café on our trip to Ithaca. All of the “purristas” were friendly, and Kristin , the owner, is very welcoming. We were happy to see Pride flags in the front windows. The menu has a good variety of drinks and tasty treats. The decor is fun and cat-centric. There was also a showcase of local artists’ work hanging on the walls. The cats were very well cared for and fun to play with. We highly recommend stopping in.

This was my first time going to a cat cafe, so I suppose I had high expectations which may have affected my experience. Our visit was just okay. The food (Jaguar) and drinks (Cat Lady and Dirty Chai) weren't spectacular. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could in the optimism that this was an off day, but this is what I didn't like. First, there was clutter. There seemed to be piles of random stuff (not merchandise) here and there both in the restaurant area and in the seating areas. A mop and bucket should not be visible to customers unless actively being used... and it shouldn't ever be propped up near a food counter. The big, grungy sink/drain directly behind the counter should not be visible either. Guys, just put a tapestry, screen, poster, whatever. What I did like was the vibe. I liked the local artists on display. It was a chill place to come get some laptop work done, enjoy your coffee, or visit some cats!

Best coffee around. Got an iced black house coffee, and it was truly delicious. WAY above average. I don't live in the area, but will drive of my way when I'm in the vicinity.
