Disappointed since new owners took over the amount of Flys and roaches are absolutely disgusting. Food is very inconsistent and the new managers are very rude and unprofessional

They say they open at 6am. Some days they do, some days they don't. That makes it difficult for those of us who commute and are on a schedule. More importantly, the quality of the bagels is going down. Their bagels are now as anemic and undercooked as the bagels from around the corner. Please, go back to the way your bagels were. I will gladly give you 5 stars if you do.

Bagels are good enough, fresh, made 8n premises, but it's the customer service that lost them a customer. My wife went in to get bagels (and more) and then masagonistic gentleman behind the counter chose to make comments to my wife about items in the order, that were not appropriate for the setting. "Why don't you smile under that mask", "that's a lot of egg bagels, someone like you should get cinnamon raisin, or something light".Sorry Village Bagel, you don't get to treat customers that way when there is competition literally across the street... no shortage of equally home made bagels in the area
