Always courteous & makes my frappachinos perfect!!
It's like they put everyone with the worst attitude on one shift. Nobody said hi to any customers, let alone a smile. I can understand being busy, but it's just an easy gesture to smile or say hi. Or at least let a customer know you'll be right with them. After waiting for my drink it was a total mess and sticky. Never have to deal with this at dunkin.
Working on a final paper and decided to come to this new location to get some work done. The music was a little loud but I brought headphones to maintain focus. Inside is quite spacious and seating was distant enough to feel like you had room to breathe but still close enough to communicate with someone at the next table. Bathroom was clean and as well as the rest of the store. There is outdoor seating that’s enclosed for when the weather gets nicer as well. The menu is the full Starbucks menu for the most part and while they didn’t have any feta and spinach wraps they did have the bites and pretty much everything else in stock. I can’t speak for the other reviews but I think this location accomplishes what it set out to do and it’s easy to get to.
Cold bew coffee very good. Egg sandwich was terrible. Made me miss McDonald's.
Starbucks is hands down my favorite coffeehouse and this new store is fantastic! Just watch out for the drive-through traffic
this place is horrible i am a student close to this area and they treat us very poorly. My friend that was African American was accused of vaping because of his skin color. These workers also called other students and me little ‘b****’ this is terrible. The manager is complaining. Tables are dirty, this place makes money out of kids that goes to the local high school and still complain about their customers. shame on you guys.
Horrible new spot! I am disappointed because I was anxiously waiting for them to open. I pulled up at about 5pm for 2 decafs I was told that they don’t brew decaf at that hour that I would have to have a pour over. I had no idea what they were talking about it was explained to me that they pour hot water over grinds which is like an instant coffee this was after I paid..so $14 for instant coffee that I waited about 15 minutes for…really inconvenient spot the way they designed it to come in and pull out without getting into a car accident and I have to say for a new place they should make decaffeinated coffee at 5 o’clock even a bit later..you are a coffee franchise, not a chicken spot!! I can’t see why they wouldn’t want too, McDonald’s will make it fresh for you while you wait at any hour. Weird experience with the customer service and young guy who carried out the 15 min pour overs to us. The coffee tasted poured over, I will not return.Get it together!
I thought it was a dunkin donuts they had over here, anyway i was told to run out and get my wife dunkin iced coffee so i asked the employee to make me an iced coffee and just water it down. Anyway i got home, slipped it in an empty dunkin cup and she bought it. Thanks guys for getting me out of that mistake. Happy wife happy life you guys are great!
Don’t waste your time going to this Starbucks. They have nothing in stock and cannot make any drinks.
No sandwiches were available at 3:15 PM on a Monday. Amazing!This is a new Starbucks location, having opened just a few weeks ago. I don't blame the staff, but I do blame the company. Could there be legitimate shortages? Sure. And there are legitimate ways to avoid them too: Like don't open another store when you don't have food to sell. Doing so just makes things worse.
