Looking to try a new restaurant this weekend we decided on Skorpio's for some Greek.Immediately upon entering we were kind of put off with the cleanliness of the place, the ceiling tiles / fans were all covered in dust, the register area and counter area were cluttered up, overall just a bad first impression. One of the workers was actively standing on a chair attempted to fix the AC or something so we waited for him to finish and allow us to be seated.The friendly waitress came over & gave us 2 pretty disgusting menus (paper, clearly used a bunch and in need of replacement) and asked if we wanted any drinks, we asked for just water to start. She politely came back a few minutes later with 2 glasses of ice and straws, nothing in them...ok? Came back to take our order, they were out of all the "greek beer" and only had bud light, heineken, and corona...ok guess I'll stick to water. Finally realizes she didn't bring us any and showed up with 2 bottles of poland springs and took our food order.All the while we waited for our food the waitress was coughing up a storm, thankfully she was wearing a mask, but in the current climate someone coughing that much probably shouldn't be at work.We ordered chicken souvlaki, greek salad, gyro, & fries. The food came out and it was actually pretty good, which was a saving grace for this visit. The service sizes were also very large, to the point we brought leftovers home & probably have enough for 2 more meals.The waitress (while polite and friendly to us) was just milling around complaining about not having more menus, needing to get more from staples, how they were in rough shape, and complaining to the cook about not having greek beer, among other items out of stock, just seemed like an odd situation overall.The restaurant is older, not really kept up, pretty dirty, and the atmosphere was just off. Thankfully the A/C & fans worked well as it was 85+ outside and inside felt nice and cool.Overall I do not think we'll be coming back here anytime soon, especially with multiple other Greek restaurants in the village, the food was good, but doesn't really make up for the rest of the situation they have going on, maybe stick to delivery / pickup if you want to check this place out.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Beware if you are ordering through Uber eats or getting your food delivered. This restaurant uses their own employees for the deliveries. Not only did it take over an hour to get my food, but when I called the restaurant to check on the eta of my delivery, the woman who makes the deliveries got on the phone and was so rude to me that other employees got on the phone with me after and apologized. I was told “You’ll get your food when you get your food.” When I finally did get my food, it was cold and the order was wrong! They left out 3 platters. I will never order from this place again. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

I LOVE Skorpio’s !!When I go to Huntington (from NC) that is my # 1 choice for bc greek! Doesn’t look like much! Not fancy but GREAT !!
Authentic greek food in Huntington.Thete portions are not only big but prepare at its best!!!They open late too!!!
Every time, without fail, that I’ve called in an order and went to pick it up, the staff has been incredibly rude and nasty. The food is okay, at best. Avgolemono is sub par. Hopefully one day they all change their attitudes. Hopefully they learn to appreciate the patronage.

Authentic Greek food and a friendly staff. We showed up on a Sunday night with 10 people and no reservation. Was expecting a long wait or even to be turned away, but they sat us right away and gave great service. We ordered many of their Greek specialties, including spanakopita, avgolemeno, gyros, souvlaki and Greek salad with shrimp. Everyone loved their food and our server (Marti?) was quick and accurate, not to mention funny. Will definitely be back!
We had been coming here for years and always enjoyed the food very much. Then suddenly we had 2 negative encounters with the same waitress who shamefully and successfully embarrassed us because we politely requested something as mundane as more salad dressing. We then overheard her bad mouthing us to her colleague. We don't know why she did this and we stopped going there. And per another reviewer, the bathrooms do smell like a port a potty
Love this place! Great food! Large portions!
