I have to say I worried about Prime after my last few visits, but my visit last night was absolutely outstanding. The cheese board appetizer was fantastic, and our delmonicos and lobster roll were delicious and cooked to perfection. Someone even came over and asked if everything was to our satisfaction and if there was anything he could do for us. Bravo !! Our waiter was outstanding !! One request-bring back valet parking !! Us spoiled Long Islanders really like that ! Great job, Prime, we will be back.

Felt super rushed the entire time
Filet mignon and NY strip steak were absolutely wonderful. On the sides, crispy brussel sprouts was a hit. Creamed spinach and whipped potatoes also delicious. Portions were big, we brought some food home and did not have any space for desert. Restaurant is very busy, the location of our table was not super nice, but you have to be a party of four or six to get those good spots.
Beautiful views, and great food. Highly recommend this for special occasions.
My cousin and I enjoyed our early dinner sitting outside looking out on the boats in Huntington Harbor. It was a very hot evening and the occasional breezes accompanied our cool drinks with a few shared appetizers and dinner. Not ready to end the evening after we ate, we lounged in the lovely air-conditioned sushi bar area and had more cool refreshing drinks to cool off, talk and enjoy the most interesting crowd with a beautiful sunset backdrop. All in all, a "Prime" outdoor experience is like a mini vacation to another world.
The food is delicious and the atmosphere and views are top notch. The only issue was that I ordered the petite filet mignon and my husband ordered the filet. We both asked for ours to be medium, and they both came out over cooked. Mine was borderline well done. For the price of the steak I really expected that the cook on the steak would be perfect. (I didnât bring this up to our server because I figured it couldnât be fixed, without wasting food) I would definitely go back and maybe order a medium rare or rare instead.
Overall experience was good, unfortunately a fly was found in the drink.
