Food was good but not worth the price for the lack of service. Unfriendly staff and extremely slow. Everyone was cold and unwelcoming. Our meal took almost 3 hours.

I put in the reservation notes area that it was my anniversary but they did not do anything to make it special for us. Also, service was slow and underwhelming, food was average but cocktails were very good

I made a reservation for a romantic dinner with my wife. However, this was the furthest thing from romantic. When we were first seated, we were in a room where the noise level was deafening. My wife and I could not even speak to each other. When we went to the manager to be moved, you would have thought that we wanted him to build us a separate dining room. It took a while for him to accommodate us. Once we were re-seated in a quieter room, we put in our order. We asked for a dozen baked clams and they first brought out only six clams. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, instead of being apologetic she argued with us. In addition, when the clams were brought, they did not bring the smaller folks to eat with the clams, and once again we need to request something that took some time to get. Once the food arrived, it was just OK and for the cost of the food, you would think that it would have been superior. I would say overall that this experience was less than stellar and there are so many better restaurants to eat in. Overall a very disappointing experience
Lovely setting, but certainly not pristine, and the cocktails were great. Truthfully, it is a miss all around when it comes to food. We went for a weekend brunch. Everything was ok, but the prices do not match the expectations set by those prices. The menu is limited: Eggs Benedict- Nothing amazing. Smoked Salmon- 3 pieces, cream cheese and a sub par bagel. French toast was great. Omelette- standard. The presentation is lovely, but that does not a good meal make. Not terrible, but not great either. Very accommodating service though.
Was surprised that for $5 cup of coffee- no refills? Was told additional $5 !! Sorry $10 for coffee is outrageous

We were dining for our anniversary :) The experience was not what it usually is. The service was not great by any means. I asked our waiter which Cabernet was a bigger cab and he said he didnât know but the expensive one was probably better. I asked him to ask the bartender and when he came back he said the bar and the manager was too busy to ask. We then ordered drinks. Several minutes later, we ordered appetizers. The appetizers came out in about 5 minutes and we hadnât gotten our drinks yet. We asked about the drinks and the waiter said the bar is very busy. (We had also overheard him tell the table next to us âthe drink will get here when they get hereâ. Not exactly the service youâd expect at the restaurant. The appetizers were deliciousâ¦veal meatballs and seafood salad. After our apps, I asked if the branzino was whole or a filet. Our waiter said he didnât know but could ask. He came back and said it was hot but could be prepared a different way. I ordered lamb medium and he repeated well? I said no, medium. My lamb came out well. A waitress came over and asked what was wrong and I told her. She was very nice, apologized and sent it back to the kitchen. Our waiter then took it from her, brought it back to me and said whatâs wrong with it, not cooked the way you want it? He then took it back to have it cooked properly. He brought it out about 20-25 minutes later as my husband had his food in front of his. The waiter never came back to ask how my food was. We finally asked if we wanted dessert which we declined. I spoke to the gentleman who sat us and let him know that the service was not what it usually is. He said he was sorry and that they were unusually busy because of an event. The waiter came back, we paid our check and he said âwell, here we areâ. Not a thank you or anything! We ended up going to the bar for after dinner drinks and the bartender was fantastic :) Overall, the food was really good but the service was terrible.
Exceeded my expectations, both the food and service was excellent. We will be going back for our next special occasion.
