The fact that this place is okay with charging people to play board games is absolute insanity. I’d rather die of caffeine withdrawal and go to my public library, then ever step foot in here again. A true capitalist scam. The latte I had was absolutely delicious though, that’s what my star is for.
There's a board game cafe in NYC which I would visit weekly with my friends. I am so HAPPY there's now one in Huntington! I always order fries and a milkshake and i usually end up buying a new board game haha
The staff is more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Alot of food for the money to bad it's frozen and poor quality. Wanted to try this place for awhile will not be coming back.
This place is a board game lovers dream come true! My boyfriend and I loved learning how to play wingspan here, and even bought it... along with two delicious lattes! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn new games in a fun, causal way! We will definitely be back!
If you like Escape Pod across the street you'll love this place too... excellent selection...pretty much anything you pick up will be a great game. Plenty for everyone (hardcore serious gamers, family games, casual). Definitely check this place out if you're in Huntington.
A fun place to be social and play board games. It is also very accommodating because you can order food at the counter if you don’t want to play board games. Neil and his staff are so welcoming, friendly and very polite. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Neil and your staff.
We had a great time playing games and the selection was plentiful. However, I suggest you don’t come here wanting to order food. The wait time for the food was incredibly long. We also ordered 4 milkshakes….. 2 come out first and then over a half hour passed before the other 2 came out. Very buzzard. I would come back but not to spend money on food.
Visited here last week on a double date and was very disappointed in the service and food. The food isn’t fresh…Frozen food that they reheat in a convection oven. And the employees were more concerned with playing their own games than helping customers. We played an entire game of Sorry while waiting for milkshakes to come out. Over 30 mins! Lots of games to choose from but overall ??
This place is excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to go here for a date night and it was the perfect spot. We made a reservation for two from 7:30-10:30 pm. An insane collection of games, and better yet, the staff was super friendly and helped to explain the instructions for any game we had questions about. The place also has a bar and serves certain finger foods, as well as great milkshakes. We will be back!
A wonderful place. Ya can sit down and play a quick round or pay for a long block. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very good looking. They really do play the games themselves and can help you if needed!
