Octopus was good, fresh and tender. Tuna was seared perfectly as well. Live music was a nice bonus. Service was great . Everyone was friendly and very appreciative Wil go back to this Croatian gem
Owners and staff very accommodating. I was pleased with service. Had cheese plate and Hugo drink which amazing. Had salad with chicken was bland and chicken not real meat. Dessert apple pastry no apple.
My wife and I went to Konoba for our anniversary. It was on a Tuesday night, so we were alone in the restaurant for most of our meal. We ordered a bunch of appetizers. The cheese plate was amazing. Absolutely delicious. The squash blossoms, fried artichoke hearts, and bacon wrapped dates were also sublime. The beef and onion phyllo dish was crispy and delicious. They also brought us a piece of carrot cake to finish, which was very kind and super delicious. The server was very friendly and helped us choose a lovely Croatian rosé to go with our meal. Overall it was a lovely experience and I will absolutely be returning to try some of the entrees that caught my eye!

We went with another couple on a Saturday evening requesting outdoor seating. The food was excellent and very unique, but the service was terrible. I would have ordered a second glass of wine but it took forever for the first one to come. We left without ordering dessert because everything took too long. The food is excellent but given the prices they need to hire more waiters.

We had planned to visit Konoba for Mother’s Day but couldn’t get a reservation so we visited last night. The food and service were both excellent, the best we have experienced in Huntington since the start of the pandemic. We feel like other restaurants have been cutting back on quality and quantity due to inflation but it was obvious that wasn’t happening here. You might pay a little more but you can tell that they put a lot of effort into what they are doing and the portions are large enough for leftovers. Very unique food and flavors you won’t find elsewhere and presented beautifully. Try the bureks and lobster ravioli, make sure you try the Croatian wines and beers, you won’t be disappointed, and we already made our next reservation.
