The ice cream is good but the service is terrible. I went inside to ask a simple question to one of the employees and she absolutely blew up on me saying how I should wait on line and she is already helping people. Ps the line was out the door. I couldn’t catch her name but I think she has brown hair and brown eyes with a face only a mother could love. Not to be rude but I don’t think she should be working there and I will not be going there anymore. Either fire her or loose a valuable customer.
The ice cream was delicious but the service was horrible one of the employees gave my friend such an attitude. My friend was just asking A simple question. I can’t get over how rude she was. I didn’t get her name but she had brown hair and and brown eyes. I don’t think that she should be working their and I will never forget this day. She will rue the day she ever crossed me and my friends. I wont be coming back and they will be losing a customer.
You’d expect this place to have specks of gold in their ice cream for the amount they charge for a scoop. The ladies working there were super nice to my group and I. Everything looked delicious. Just the serving sizes were skimpy. They had outdoor seating as well. Would come again to indulge.

A gem. Best ice cream in the village. Forget all the other trendy spots. This tasted like actual ice cream. Beautiful store. Everything looked delicious. Will have to try their chocolate and fudge one day.
Kilwin's is always great but this is the smallest one that I have been to. Fudge selection was limited.
Employees demanded proof of vaxx or mask & refused to serve. I will NEVER support any business that tries to enforce illegal draconian mandates.
I give them A BIG FAT ZERO. Today Kilwins became nazis denying service to my 19 year old autistic non verbal son, husband and daughter because they didn’t have a vaccine card or masks. I will not support your business and I will tell everyone I know NOT to support your business as well. This IS AMERICA LAND OF THE FREE.
I went in to get a piece of fudge in a seasonal flavor which they had in "pumpkin". When I got to the car and went to have a piece it was stale and hard around the edges and into about a quarter inch of the fudge.. I went back into the store to exchange it for another flavor and the young man who had waited on me was very nice but his coworker had a very bad twattish attitude about me wanting to exchange it. She went on to tell me that "there was nothing wrong with the pumpkin fudge and it is as it should be"...well excuse me, I guess my opinion is not at all valid even though I'm at least 30 years her senior and probably have eaten 10 times her weight in fudge in my lifetime...what could I possibly know! She should be trained in customer service to not leave others with "bad taste" in their mouth's. I got the chocolate caramel instead and it was good, the way it should be!
