My husband and I visit this restaurant every month or two after work. We go to unwind after a full days work. Their food, service, and cleanliness is outstanding. The decor makes you feel like you're in Italy. They only have one downfall that made us consider not going back anymore. We wanted not to stop going to this restaurant and wanted the owner to know that he maybe losing other clientele due to this issue so we shared our findings with the owner. We explained to him that there is one couple who sit at the corner of the bar who consider themselves solely as the "Regulars." They manipulated the bar, the bar seating and the bar tender which in effect could be making the owner loss new and returning clientele. We learned that this couple are Friday Night Regulars and there is not much the restaurant can do so my husband and I will just visit on another night.

Hostess approached us at our table after we spent about $200 and rushed us off because the table was promised to someone else about 2.5 hours after we had our reservation. I didn’t know there was a time limit on having dinner. So rude. Food wasn’t great either. Will not be returning. It was our first time here … and the last.

I cannot say enough at how pleased I was with Restaurant Joanina. I hosted my daughters Bridal Shower there and we had a wonderful day. The atmosphere is just wonderful, the owner and staff are superb and the food well delicious.
My husband and I had our small family wedding here Saturday, May 8, 2021 and it was everything we had hoped for and more. In the weeks leading up to the day, Bobby was always accessible and honored every request we had once it came time to the wedding. The service and ambiance was exceptional and not to mention the food being absolutely delicious. We started off with a cocktail hour with delicious hour'deouves, followed by a three course sit down lunch. The open bar, especially the espresso martinis were amazing and very prompt service and turn around. I am vegan and the staff was able to make delicious appetizers, entree and desserts for me which was so above and beyond. Would highly recommend Restaurant Joanina for any special event in your life!
