Placing a mobile order is useless at this location.. I've been a customer multiple times there, and majority of time I place a mobile order (15-20min, in advance), and it is never ready. Employees seem to not have seen a mobile ticket printed out for a mobile order. I hope you can improve that specific service because I am your customer atleast 2x a week and this matter really makes me think twice now to use your business or not. Thanks!
I’ve reviewed this location 2-3 years ago and nothing has changed since. Today I went to the drive thru, ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and was told to pull around front and they will bring it out. The parking lot was empty and I was the only one on the drivethru so I was confused but ok. I waited out front in the pickup area for 8 minutes, I finally went inside and there was no one behind the counter, no one in sight. I yelled “hello” and a young man came out from the back. Told him my time is worth more than my $6 and left. Truly a horrible horrible business
I came in and ordered a hot medium coffee with one cream and two sugars...because that's that everyone gets....Just kidding. I got my usual order, great staff, great prices and great location!
I went to the drive thru, I paid for my order and I was waiting for over 10 minutes. She eventually came back confused why I was still there. When I told her I'm still waiting on my order, she said that they forgot to make my order. Holding up the line.
Was in store to get coffee and watched a staff member Katie take pleasure on purpose giving drive through clients the wrong orders and laughing about it with the manger on duty. I found this so upsetting and disturbing and will NEVER return to this location again. How did punks like this get hired? If I was the owner I would fire all current staff. The DD on Wall St, Huntington is a very clean professional well run business.

Must rude staff ever. On purpose they get your order wrong and then laugh about it. One staff member Katie was an example. Watched her laugh as she put sugar in someones coffee that said no sugar. Digusting behaviour. Where is the managment here?
I’ve definitely had hit or miss experiences at this (and every) Dunkin location, but I just got great, quick, pleasant service and wanted to shout out the one person holding down the counter; the name on my receipt is Daleyni. Thanks for a nice visit and great latte and donut!
I was in store this morning where a male manager made racial slurs at a woman with her young child. This is extremely disturbing that someone put in a manager role could speak to anyone like this. The owner of DD needs to really remove this person from this location. Digusting behaviour.
I was taking a walk with my son…he is in a stroller, and is about 20 months old. We stopped at Dunkin to get a small cup of coffee and an ice cream cone. The ice cream was very loosely placed on the cone. As soon as my son grabbed it, the scoop of ice cream fell onto the floor. I went to pick it up, but they had no napkins in the dispenser so my my hands were very sticky afterward. There were three younger employees behind the counter who were joking around with each other but not paying attention to what was happening. I asked one of them to give me a replacement cone because the first one had been put on very loosely. I got the second time, but my son was getting very agitated and starting to whine and cry so I was distracted. I paid the bill and left, but thought the bill was a little high. When I checked the receipt later, I realized I’d been charged for two ice cream cones, although the first one had the ice cream placed very loosely on top. You shouldn’t have to pay for two cones if the employee made a mistake on the first one. Was also not happy that it was so hard to get any of the employees attention either. See attached receipt.
