This passed Monday I spent the day with my brother out on long island . Afther running a few arens around town .He asked me if I wanted to go throw the drive throw atDairy Queen and get some ice cream . Since I have never had there ice cream before, I said yes :) . The Dairy Queen in on route 110 . I got a chocolate milk shack . My brother got a vernila cone . My milk shack was really good !" It was thick and creamy it was like having a desert it was that good !"I liked it so much better then Carvel's milk shacks .Then we went back to his houes and relaxed in his backyard . . .Have a good weekend . . .
Horrendous customer service by Latina drive through employee. No manners at all, very rude. Food was cold like it was sitting there all afternoon. Will never go back to that location. She literally through my bag of food at me!
Its fine at times, but the employees don't seem to understand the concept of someone wanting chocolate ice cream. There have been times where they just give vanilla even when I said chocolate.
I just left there and almost did not place an order.The drive through cashier was very rude to not only me but the person behind me. She was frustrated because she had everyone waiting over 5 minutes to place an order and receive the order. Her attitude was really terrible and unnecessary. She did not have the decency to tell us to hold on beforehand so we were confused as to why we were waiting so long. She told us it’s only her taking orders and if we can’t wait then bye!
It was dinner time but there was not that much traffic at all it was very very quiet surprisingly for being dinner time about four people came in with an hour than I was there it took a little while took about 22 minutes to get our food order two double cheeseburgers large soft drink and a large french fries
I ordered drive through chicken strips and fries the food was cold. I asked for honey barbecue sauce an I got plain old barbecue sauce. I disappointed to the max. I couldn't even eat it. The onion rings are the only good thing there. SHAME SHAME!!!
I would truly love to give this a 2 star review, but I simply can't because of the terrible lunchtime staff. I went here with 5 other guests. I have no clue how this cashier has job, she has absolutely no "people" skills. Her name is Letty. She had us waiting on line just blank staring us down with a terrible facial expression as if we were stupid. She did NOT ask us what we wanted to order. So I just walked up and started naming food items. She had 0 manors. When someone says thank you, typically someone says "your welcome" or "no problem!" Letty just stared at us till we moved on. Typically for dine in they will give you table tents and she did not. As orders from multiple customers were completed, she would put the food in the side counter and not tell the customers which order was which, it was like a Free-for-all! Letty has no vocational skills, is one of the absolute worst employees I have ever came in contact with, and I highly recommend NOT going to this Dairy Queen location, at least for lunch time.
Love their ice-creams! Fast food take out is good too.
Today I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal. She told me they don't have that, they have hamburgers. I asked her to add cheese please. I received a hamburger and just a squirt of vanilla ice cream in the kids cup. If I hadn't already driven home I would have gone back to complain.
We frequent DQ for their Blizzards as our go to family treat and hv always had friendly and nice service at various locations. Today at 321 W. Jericho Tpk. Huntington NY was a different experience. We were met by ‘Letty’ who simply looked at us. No hello. Just a ‘what do you want?’. Super unfriendly and unpleasant.Then, the order took 10 full minutes and we were told by ‘Maurica’ to come and get our order. Other locations ALWAYS brought the order to our table. Mind you it was 2:43p and the place was empty and we were the only customers.Also in the bathroom, hand dryer was broken and no paper towels. This location is just terrible all around. Terrible place and terrible, unhappy people working there. Never going back.
