Slow service, food is well, fast food not that great
Showed up at 915 doors were lockedsays there open 24 hours employees just stared at a line of customers trying to get ice cream the parking lot was pitch black all the drive thru lights were off like they didn't wanna work luckily I seen the kid threw the window with drive thru headset on and went threw the drive thru he had an attitude like we were inconveniencing him

Hours have changed since the 'rona hit. NO LONGER 24HRS...new hours are 5AM-10PM everyday all week. FYI East Northport on larkfield rd. is still 24hrs. Service at this 25A location has been inconsistent, depends who you get. Came here on a snow day once and got an entire box of donuts on the house lol!
False advertisement. This is supposed to be opened 24 hrs. I arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was there. It was closed.
This Baskin Robbins always seems to never have ice cream... I would understand if it was once in a while but I go all the time and yet they NEVER have ice cream!!!!
A poorly run store that seems to be out of the basics all the time. Tonight it was hot fudge! The response from an employee was unacceptable when I aired my complaint because this wasn't the first time I wasted my time by going to that location. She turned her head instead of listening to what I had to share. I was respectful and not one of these crazed people who complains about everything. I won't be returning. This location seems to be run by children who can't ensure that their location is stocked with basics. There are plenty of ice-cream and coffee shops in Huntington.

Mom and I decided to get some ice cream for ourselves and two others.I ordered four single scoops. 3 were peanut butter and chocolate and one coconut. We got to the window and we were charged the wrong amount. We opened the bag and one cup was missing. We then were given the missing cup and left. We parked, opened the I've cream to find really dinky scoops. They even gave us vanilla and not coconut! Now there's an ice cream shortage, I guess. This is the third time it's happened. I give up. What a waste of time and money! Looks like it's store bought ice cream from now on. We scream, "No ice cream!"
