I just stopped in for a half down bagels and a pound of butter. Total cost 12.99. 1.50 a bagel I get get but 6.99 for butter is ridiculous. When I stated that seemed like a lot of money for butter I was told they would give me the number to there distributor and I could complain to them. Now I see why they do not have the business they used to. Horrible customer service.
Some much fun just ordering a bagel and it was delicious. Even enjoyed the weak deli coffee that tasted like a mixture of hazelnut and vanilla although it was marked regular. It’s all a part of the experience.
We ordered sandwiches (take out) on Friday, May 13th. We were visiting the area for a family wedding. We were eating the sandwiches at our hotel when I opened my Chicken Panini sandwich there was a dark hair in the sandwich. I called the restaurant and they wanted me to return to the restaurant for another sandwich. We could not return we were getting ready for the wedding. I just wanted to make them aware of the problem. They handled the situation poorly and did not seem like they were concerned, I believe this is a Health Dept. issue and the staff who handle food should be wearing hair nets/coverings. Who would eat a sandwich with hair on the food - disgusting!! I can't rate the food since I did not eat it and value $12 thrown in the garbage!!
Bunch of Con Artists---REALLY---stay away....if you read other reviews on Yelp, you'll see I'm telling the truth... No menu visible, just a handful of specials posted on a blackboard. I saw paper menus by the cashier, whom I asked if that was the menu. He said yes. So I ordered a Turkey sandwhich w/Bacon. Paper menu states it's $8.99. I order it, cashier tells me it's $13.99. I complained, said the paper menu says it's $8.99. He said it's $13.99, menu wasn't updated. I know prices go up, but a FIVE DOLLAR increase??? Really??? I think they just make up the prices as they go along. No way would I ever set foot in there again!!
We have been going to bagels on main for years. Bagels have been going downhill over past 2 years. However, This review is regarding their sandwiches. We ordered 2 sandwiches, both were absolutely terrible. Was charged $29 for sandwiches, a bag of chips and one iced tea. Manager refunded us which was appreciated, but doesn’t fix the quality issue. We will never order sandwiches from this deli again. Lesson learned.
I called Bagels on Main as I did not see a selection of omelets as I expected. The person that answered said I can click on the option showing and just add whatever I want. He will make it happen. Well I did and we were over the moon. Each omelet was exactly as requested and was super delicious.Thumbs up from all of us. We'll order again...
The service was good and relatively quick. The egg sandwiches my wife and I devoured were really good and we even took some lunch sandwiches to go and our kids absolutely loved them. The Commack Bomb my son couldn't stop raving about. Yes, the place was a bit pricey but isn't everything nowadays.

Just happen to place this store and stopped in for a bagel and butter and a small coffee. $5.96????. Are you kidding??? The bagel was good but common now. I been to plenty of other places where they have specials with large coffees for much less.
They have a banana fosters cream cheese that is amazing and so much more to choose from
