My go to place for breakfast - best bagels on the Island and very good lox too - cut fresh off the fish daily - good whitefish salad or the real thing which they will debone for you. I love the whole wheat everything bagel. Best tuna salad too. Recommend highly.
got severely ripped off and humiliated. got charged double for a sandwich and then pointed at and laughed at. will never go to this establishment again. my friend also got lox from here once and there was still bones in it. nasty.

I ordered 4 items on Sunday.. 3/4 were correct and worth eating. It took about 15 minutes which was okay but try to get it correct!When I got home opened the bag, the platter was missing the cornbeef and the eggs were scrambled with vegetables, not over easy. The bagel with cream cheese, was overloaded with about 1/4 lb of cream cheese.. not appetizing! The BLT with light (little) Mayo was gross!When I payed , the kid kept the change and looked at me like what was I waiting for.When I called, it took forever for a manger to come that I finally hung up!Never going to here again, they don’t care about customer service!
We got catering for my engagement party and they went ABOVE AN BEYOND expectations. We got American heros, veggie heros and Italian heros! It even came with pasta salad, potato salad, pickle's, olives and they through in black and white cookies for FREE. they were great and made sure we had everything we needed. everyone LOVED the food and we will definitely cater from them again. :)
Definitely has great bagels, but their bacon isn't the greatest and sometimes they overcook the eggs

A Hispanic woman that works for Bagel Works was in the local UPS and she was being EXTREMELY RUDE to them. I can’t imagine how rude she into to Bagel Works actual customers. What a disgrace. I made this Google account just so I can make this review because I was so angry.
The young man working this morning made me an egg white and swiss omelet with bacon and potatoes, and I have to say, it was REALLY delicious! Through this crazy time, the Bagel Works people have really come through, creating a safe and clean space and yummy food every time...thank you!
Yearly one of my best go to spots for breakfast especially pancakes when I want to go. Order is always ready and on time and the quality of the food is incredible.
