We came in for lunch and had an assortment of appetizers. The food we ordered was all delicious and well presented. We had fried calamari, spring roll sampler (great), lettuce wraps (great), potstickers and mozzarella sticks for three people and we were stuffed when we walked out. The bill came in around $100 plus tip, not bad considering how much we felt we received. Complimentary bread basket was also delicious even though we didn't want the extra carbs, we ate it anyway. We had not been to this location and we had only been to cheesecake once before but we would definitely add it to this list of possibilities when considering where to eat.
I was disappointed with the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered one of the lunch specials but the waitress charged my whole party for dinners. I didn't complain but I know what I ordered and if she wasn't sure she should have asked. It was. 2 o'clock. My meal was chicken Milano I believe, little chicken much pasta and watery sauce. Slow service . Cheesecake very expensive. Not worth it.
My friend and l had an excellent lunch but could not believe they charge $15 for a house glass of wine. I was told this price came down from corporate. The $15 was what l paid for my meal and never expected to pay the same price for the glass of wine!I will never set foot in the Cheesecake Factory again.
Had a very nice lunch. The waitress was very attentive and a pleasure!!!
The Cheesecake Factory is Great place to meet friends for coffee and dessert, lunch or dinner.Stuffed mushrooms I had today for lunch, were delicious!Another good choice from the skinny menu is chicken salad.
2 stars bc this is a chain and I intend on returning, but def have some issues. I always receive bad service at this specific location and esp feel it could be due to my ethnicity. Aside from the uncomfortable service, the food is hit or miss. I’ve gotten my go to dish, Shrimp Bistro, with the shrimp burned, the shrimp breading off completely, missing the mushrooms; then my Mac and cheese balls burned once and super dry bc of it, and wish I had complained. One thing consistently good would only be the avo rolls, as even the cheesecake I’ve received cracked and dry here. Considering the cheesecake is shipped in most likely and many things like the Mac balls are frozen, there shouldn’t be this many issues in my opinion! Will be returning bc I do like CF but it’s a gamble here these are 3 different orders, and you can see the shrimp has no breading at all, the Mac and cheese balls are burned and the avo rolls are perf as usual.
Came in tonight with a 8pm reservation that was made on their website. They had me booked and didn't even have to wait for one second when we got there 15 minutes early. Sat us down immediately. Our waitress Gabby was hands down the best service I have receieved in a long time from any restaurant. I never usually go on and go out of the way to write a review but Gabby deserved one for sure. Attentive, kind, very polite. Got our orders right away. Everything was very quick and very smooth and easy from the drinks and appetizer to cakes. Definitely coming back here and asking for Gabby!!!
The food was good but too busy and under staffed. I had another waitress give us water because she saw my cup empty and mine was busy. She even came back and checked on us. Very pricey / way too pricey for what we had.
The food and service was exceptional!!
I’m giving this place for a few reasons one the food quality and two what it says on the menu. First the food, don’t get me wrong the food here is really good and taste fresh. But sadly I hate to burst your bubble but the food is not exactly what most people call fresh. For example tonight I got pasta with marinara sauce. When I got the pasta it was all stuck together like a brick or “feozwn from a freezer”. Now the salmon I ordered I love this because it’s so good but the price that they charge for this is really sad of what you think it is and what it really is. The salmon and fish may taste fresh and not frozen because honestly it taste like fresh salmon. But no it’s frozen. Well at least the salmon that they serve in the restaurant. All the food at the cheese cake factory is frozen. I’m sorry to say this but the worst thing is that the cheese cake what they are known for is not fresh it comes in giant bosses from their factory kitchen in California. That’s not all even the bread that’s so gods is frozen at the restaurant. So now I will break this down, in California cheesecake Factory has a main kitchen for all of there restaurants and they make all of the food there befor shipping it off and serving it up o the customer. What’s really bad is that on the menu at the bottom it says always fresh and not frozen. Because of this I don’t know for sure but I think even the salads are not freshly cut and made I think they come prebagged and they just make them look nice. That’s probably why it takes so long. But don’t get me wrong the food is really good especially the cheesecake. Our server was great and nice. But really what the hell Re you doing Cheesecake Factory?!!!!!? IDE love to know.
