Please for the love of whatever higher being you believe in, do not go to this place. We had dirty plates so we asked the server to replace them… only to be given another set of dirty plates. The food was also really off, the flavors were not right. Servers were also not nice and seemed to extremely be bothered when we asked for things. Feeling extremely unwell now 1 hour after the meal….
I usually don’t write reveiws unless it really is that bad… It took 10 minutes to get seated while staff sat at the bar. Once seated the service was very slow. The drinks were expensive and lacked flavor. The truffle fries were nicely seasoned, but the fries themselves are from a cafeteria. I ate the pesto linguine and the pesto was burnt and oil pooled to the bottom. My boyfriend got the short ribs which were dry and the onions burnt. We left still hungry.
Went for lunch on 3/18/22 ordered a prosciutto flatbread a gastro burger with a drink. Flatbread was good but overly sweet on some slices because too much of the fig jam on it. We ordered the burger medium rare came out well done my son had few bites and left almost 3/4 of it, mentioned to the server & she said she would speak to someone & get back to us nothing happened then we asked for the check which we paid in full & no apology or adjustment on the bill, we left with the feeling that never again, as there are a lot of options available in & around the mall.
Great menu and delicious food. Dine inside or outside with heaters. Tables spaced comfortably and masked staff to insure the health of their patrons.
Honestly I had a horrible experience for such a lovely restaurant . Don't get me wrong, my personal waiter was godly. The food was impeccable, some may say godly. But, when I tell u about the snotty manager and the waiter who was even worse, you will never want to eat here. So I am a women who comes to gastronomy quite frequently, on weekdays with my family, and on weekends with the ladies. I saw my friends whom I have not seen in years, so we chatted it up. ( I mean who wouldn't, LOL!) We were outside but for some reason the waiter couldn't move two steps and walk around us. he told us to move, we did so. As we are continuing to chat with our friends (did I mention we have seen them in quite a while) in nobody's way. For a side note this waiters name is Ron and if u get him ask for a new waiter, or honestly get up and leave. Ron tells me and my lady friends, " I told u to move once already you're in my way I won't ask again" in a very harsh tone that made my friend quite upset. We were in nobody's way and if he wasn't so lazy he could've taken two steps to the right and went around us. we were bothering nobody. As we left, we realized how absurd it is that he could talk to a usual customer in which an awful tone. I have never experienced such disrespect and I will not come back till an apology is made. If I forgot to mention his name is Ron.
Tasteless Caesar salad with soggy croutons, Lobster salad entirely of stringy claw meat that tasted as if it had been frozen for a year, sweet potato fries served limp and soggy. A complete waste of money.
Quesadillas were delicious. Did the brunch with unlimited mimosas. Everything was super delicious. I love this restaurant. One of my favs ?
A great get-a-way for ANY meal! We love going for brunch on a quiet kickback Sunday. A must for any meal with a great staff and great chef for a superb meal anytime!
Got food to go. Maybe the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. The pasta was watery and over cooked like play dough and the sauce had no flavor and was soaked in water and the chicken parm had no flavor and was genuinely burnt
Best place ever so many great foods and dishes
