Delicious and generous with the topings. Next time I'll put a little heat on my chicken.salad bowl.Umm good.
Years ago I experienced Chipotle for the first time and I was very happy with both my order, the quality of the food and the service I received. That was years ago. And sadly, things have changed. The store was a little dirty: Normally, customers sit and eat, customers make messes, staff sweep floors and clean tables, staff empty trash bins, and the process repeats itself. Either the policy for cleanliness has changed, or I caught the staff on a bad day. The tables were covered in sticky saucy residue, meat and bean fragments, blobs of rice and the usual soiled paper napkin here and there - but the trash bins; my God, you'd think that they hadn't been emptied all week with the amount of garbage stuffed in the bins. I'm glad I ordered my meal 'to go', although I use the term 'glad' loosely and only on the grounds that I dined off the premises - I would not sit at the tables based on their condition. Oh, and yes, paper knapkins and stray miscellaneous items littered the floor as well.As for the food quality - or, perhaps I should say, 'lack of quality', O am sad to report that my Carne Asada Burrito fell short of my hopeful expectations. The rice was gloppy and overly wet, the whole Burrito was overseasoned (salty) and I asked for Sour Cream in my Burrito but found that it was completely devoid of any, which left me feeling quite sour myself.Based on these faults, and the apathetic, pushy staff, I doubt I will be coming back anytime soon.Mind you, there are literally DOZENS of better Mexican/Tex Mex style eateries in the area whipping up far better dishes that are much more flavorful and with better quality ingredients - it was my choice to dine here, just as it is my choice to decide on not returning. If this place wishes to survive, they are going to need to step up their game and pronto.
Still remember the first time at Chipotle Mexican Grill. never thought a burrito form a chain restaurants can be so good. Well, it is still good. Taco snot that great, but burrito is great.
I came in to order and inquired about the new pollo asada, asking if it was white meat. I was told yes, same chicken different spices. I said your chipotle chicken was thigh meat meaning dark. She just kept saying yes then went to ask co worker who gave me the same answer. SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME AND HAD BROKEN ENGLISH! So she said yes as well. Train your employees or teach them english. Its frustrating. I get i live in a diverse area. Thats great and im all for it but its rather frustrating when employees cant help their customers. Btw your company toghts itself on being healthy so why dont you have white meat chicken breast on your menu? Dark meat is high in fat content but obviously cheaper for you. Just charge more. I as well as others would buy it. Just a thought.
The food was great, but the customer service could have been better. When the associate packed my bag, he put to much in there. I asked for a better bag politely, but he acted like he didn't hear me. The food leaked in my car and the food fell through as soon as I got in my house.
Food was good.
Don't buy from this store if you're planning on ordering online for take out. I ordered a chicken burrito and literally only had 2 small pieces of chicken and a whole pack of rice. To top it off my burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly. Won't recommend trusting this store if your not dining in to watch them build your burrito correctly. Bunch of thieves.
I don’t know why but this is the worst chipotle on Long Island i have ever been to. Not only do they never have anything ready but the guy gives you the tiniest scoop of everything. No brisket no ice no chicken no brown Rice like nothing was ready. As I’m standing in line waiting to pay a couple girls walk in and come to the register and say that their entire order was messed up. Not to say young people can’t manage a restaurant but I think everyone that works here is just a little too immature to be running this food establishment and they need better management because I’m telling you nothing is ever prepared at this place.
Had no I e and terrible service
Was kinda bummed my last visit. No brisket, no fajita veggies, no ice in the soda machine (who drinks warm soda??). Steak was dry & Tables were dirty…they didn’t even get his with the lunch rush yet. No where near the standard I’m used to at Chipotle.
