70-80% of the customers are Spanish speakers. The young gentlemen are nice to all the customers. Happy visit.
Rude employees and they make you stop before the window to keep there timer down to make it seem like they are putting out food faster
Remember when the food used to be served fresh and hot And your CSR spoke English ?
This place is absolutely trash they always give out cold food it’s ridiculous. It’s sickening and every worker is disrespectful.
Manager of night shif is always rude and disrespectful with customers. My house is only few blocks away and I prefer to go to the location in Commack (3 miles away) then have to deal with such a bad person. I don't know why with all the bad reviews she still working there, place will get a lot more business when she is gonn!
girl with red hair working the drive thru window at 9:00PM on 1-19-21 NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. served my food cold, make incorrectly, without a mask.covering her nose or mouth while coughing, and took forver. had the rudest attitude ive ever delt with. no customers infront of me, and the store doors locked she was just standing there on her phone not taking orders with a line of cars behind me because she was on her phone. she is a disgrace to your Burger King. if you see her working the drive thru window the best thing you could do for yourself is DRIVE AWAY. complete waste of money just to be disrespected
I had ordered 4 whopper meals, 4 fries, 3 sodas, chicken nuggets and 1 milkshake. When I got to the window I asked for ketchup on the side for my fries since I ordered MEALS and the ketchup comes with the meal and the employee at the drive through said that there would be an up charge for ketchup. The employee was very rude and had an attitude while speaking with me about the situation, I asked for the manager and the manager never came to resolve the issue.Overall 1/5 star experience at Burger King due to the treatment, rudeness, and attitude I received from a burger king employees
My daughter and I had a Uber eats pick up delivery at this burger king. I understand that the current order we were supposed to pick up wasn’t ready yet. We were told to go inside and wait so we did, we placed an order since my daughter was hungry, i went to the bathroom and she paid with my card. The transaction showed up on my app which showed the transaction went through! They had the audacity to argue back stating my card didn’t go through. Another customer with their child watching the whole thing even looked at my phone to verify what we said! They refused to give us the food or refused to show proof it was declined. It wasn’t worth arguing with other ppl watching… i was so angry that i left… I called the bank, they also confirmed that the transaction did go through and they should of given me the food. The rep was nice enough to put in a dispute. Sadly i had to get a new card and wait for it in the mail. She was kind enough to get it expedited. So I would never order from this Burger king ever again, so sad since they aren’t professional and I would never recommended anyone to waste their time here!!!

Worst bk ever. Food ALWAYS cold. I don’t know how they are still up and running.
