Good burgers and fries! Great service and good customer care! My father misses the salad bar from years ago! But overall always a positive experience! Short wait times!
Waited in line in the drive through for about 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Food was cold by the time I got it, and didn't appear to ever have been hot as the cheese was still the consistency one would expect straight out of the fridge.
worst costumer service they always forget something, sometimes I decide to leave like that not calll or came back but this time they forgot one thing in order which i couldnt just sit there i order two kids meals , they only give me one they give me everything else correct the drinks and the two ice creams but she never give me the recipt nor the change i asked them about and she calle me out she said i was a lier and . I clearly remember I gave her $40 dollars and my order was $28 and change , i was in the drive through with my 4 kids , Im usually in rush so i didnt pay attention once i got home and saw the kids meals was missing and i looked of the recipt I couldnt find it . That wendys needs to get people to work there they always rude and never do things right . this not the only time they forgot to give me change lucky last time I was still at the drive through and asked them about my change worst wendys ever
This is an old Wendy's in Hicksville where I grew up. Whenever I pass through I stop. It is never crowded and the service is always fast. It is also close to the train station.
Bad customer service I went today to wendy’s January 26 2022 I order 20 pieces of chicken nuggets they gave me 16 pieces also I order buffalo and Barbecue sauce they gave me a different sauce they said they didn’t accept Apple Pay also I said no onions because I’m allergic to onions and they still put it on. The people from there were supper road with me and friends.
The female that works the drive thru is always rude and forgets to give things... i think purposefully because when I ask her for it she rolls her eyes and walks away. Today is Dec 2nd 7 pm. So whomever she was and is when I go, not very friendly and rude to customers.
This Wendys went down hill. Food cold most of the time. Tastes terrible. Don’t know what’s up with Wendys these days. A lot of them seem to have the same issue. Very disappointing.

Easily the best Wendy's on Long Island, their burgers, fries, and chicken are always hot, fresh, and tastes great.... Even their Sprite tastes deliciously freshhh and doesn't have that weird mildew taste most places tend to have. If it were possible to reward this Wendy’s with an award for their great service, it would be well deserved. Thank you for always making the day better by serving a great meal.
