I order from them regularly and also dine there once a week. The food is amazing! Their food is fresh and the owners are always welcoming. They have indo Chinese food too which hits home and I ordered chilli garlic rice and chilli chicken today! Couldn’t wait to take the picture and ate some first! It’s authentic Indian and Pakistani food, tastes like 5 star!!!

Spice Diner217 Bethpage Rd #24, Hicksville, NY 11801Pictures do not do justice as I took it to post diner/aftar when everything was over.Went to spice diner for Aftar All you can eat buffet on Sunday. The reservation was smooth, and I found a table, luckily. I have not been to this place before so was going with low expectations. Seating is small with 10-12 tables and maybe 50-70approx seats. The ambiance is good. As soon as we entered, we are welcomed by the staff, who are very courteous. 5/5 for customer service. Looks like it is owned and run by a family. Fillings were warm and ample. Nothing looks microwaved or old. They have a few Chinese options as well, which I did not find in others.Tried the following items:Drinks:Rooh Afzah & Lemonade: 5/5Appetizer:Pani Puri stall: 4/5Chana Chat: 4/5Dahi Bhalla: 4/5Fruit Chat/Salad: 4/5Tandoori Chicken: 5/5 HotMalai Boti: 4/5 HotHaryali Boti: 4/5 HotSeekh Kabab: 4/5 HotChicken Patties: 4/5 (Speciality)Chicken Keema Samosa: 4/5Vegetable Samosa: 4/5Pakora: 5/5Chicken Nuggets: 4/5Fish Fried: 4/5Chicken 65: 4/5Gobi Manchurian: 4/5Chinese Dish with Paneer: 3/5Two more Chinese Dishes with Chicken: 4/5Paneer Kadhai: 3/5Butter Chicken: 5/5 (Best)Lamb curry: 4/5Chicken Curry: 4/5Rajma/Lobia: Did not triedGulab Jaman: 4/5Naan: 4/5Anything you request to be delivered straight to the table is done hot and pipping like naan or tandoori chicken. honestly food is not good. First restaurant that the food looks amazing but it has no flavour. It’s definitely edible. However, for a Desi restaurant things should at least have some flavour.

The restaurant is okayish. If you are looking for some Pakistani cuisine then try out this place. They usually take a little bit extra time to serve the food so if you are super hungry then call first and order through phone if you are not planning wait for food.Over all it’s seemed a bit overpriced. I took a goat paya, two roti and two sodas and it costed me around $40.Nonetheless the goat paya tasted good. I will rate it 8.5 out of 10.

I usually never give bad reviews but this place will lose customers over pennies.... I ordered 100$ of food ( bread, kebab, 3 orders of butter chicken) I asked for extra sauce. They gave me 4 small white ones ( 2 oz cups) and 4 green ones. I asked for more and I would pay. The lady gave me an attitude. Poor service.

Charged $3 for water when we didn't ask for it, and waited around 30 minutes for the first dish. Food was reasonably priced but could have definitely tasted better. Pretty filling with good portions.

They should stick to Authentic Indian food, well chef doesn’t know how to cook Chinese food at all, we ordered chili chicken hakka style and it tasted like chicken cooked in Indian curry with green peppers, you guys should have short menu and expertise over each dish …..focus needs to be on taste per item not just long itemized menu.

That falooda dessert they have is the best in the area !

Great spot to eat Pakistani food
