This place was absolutely incredible! Very cozy, warm feel to the place itself. Extremely friendly staff that are respectful and engage in meaningful conversation. No traffic on a weekday at 5:30pm! And of course the food was excellent as always. The Colorado burger was recommended by my host and was very well done. Would definitely recommend!
How do you make fries taste bad? This location has succeeded. They were loaded with salt and just didn’t taste good at all. They also don’t even bother to fill the $5 box up but it didn’t matter because it was like eating grease and salt anyway. The location in Port Washington has really good tasting fries but that’s not the case here. They need to ask that location what they do differently because the disparity in taste is huge and not worth the price.
Store could use a good floor cleaning and an air freshener but the burgers were great made fresh and served hot. The large smash fries didn’t seem very large.
My god that burger was amazing, I wish I had remember to order the smash fries instead of the regular ones though ?♂️
It's a veery good place the burgers are good and the fries are good too mostly recommend the shakes
Everything was well made and service was great. Usually never tip at fastv food chains, but i felt compelled to do so after the meal. Thx again y'all!
I wasn't a huge fan initially, but I feel like the food has been consistently good the last few times I've been here. But the last time I went, there was a hair in my burger, and I haven't been back since.
I wish I could leave less stars. Let’s start with the food. If you like eating salt straight up, this is the place for you. Please see the photo attached , those white spots are literally all salt. Absolutely disgusting and careless. The chicken sandwich we ordered was equally as salty and flavorless no sauce no Mayo nothing just bread and chicken. As of the food wasn’t terrible enough the staff was equally as unpleasant. Don’t go here , and please management do better.
First experience with smashburger. Was happy to see that there were veggie options but my black bean burger was dry and I won’t be back for another one. If they get impossible or beyond burgers I might retry.
