Perfectly fine, chain restaurant quality, halal food. Spicy level is good, staff move quickly and don’t make time for eye contact/quality services. But it’s a quick lunch!
Regardless of what anybody says, the manager is a great guy. They also offer great Lamb. I really appreciate these dudes and the healthy food they offer. This place is underrated, and deserve a chance from you. Not to mention, their Lamb is lean and bomb. People who complain about poor uber eats orders should be complaining to uber eats--- with delivery, your orders are 20 min to 40 min old... wake up people lmfao.On top of that, the falafels they offer are piping hot if you order them on-location. Crunchy too. This place is a cheap (PLEASE STAY LOW PRICE) and awesome joint for its price point. Amazing drunk eats or healthy eats. Give this place a try and say hi to the manager and complement his food. They are a cool bunch here. Tell him the fat hoodie guy sent you hahaha :)
A great place with delicious food. I ate chicken salad and my wife took the lamb gyro over rice. It was really delicious.We’ll definitely come back. I recommend their food

I enjoy halal, and Shah's does it well at affordable prices. But I picked up food yesterday and there was a hair in it. I don't know if its a Hicksville thing or what, because this is the second eatery in Hicksville where I've found a hair in my food.
This place is horrible,I ordered a salad then did not give me a proper salad and charged me for rotten lettuce no dressing nothing. Plate was half full, and crown chicken up the block is so much better.
Honestly a horrible place. They don’t fill the platters up at all. I feel like I’m paying for scraps. Bad environment didn’t feel safe. And food doesn’t taste like other “shah’s”
I have had enough of it. Numerous times I go to this location , I see the one young lady working. Immediately I see my fate , rushed or incorrect food , and a disgusting attitude.Usually I have a great experience when any of the other employees make my food. They are respectful and understanding.However, when this lady takes my order it feels like a ticking time bomb about to explode.God forbid i ask for pita before my white sauce, she will explode on you.I have officially decided to never come back unless she is fired.Don’t get me wrong though, as long as she is not preparing your food, you will enjoy you experience and food.Im the last person to be a karen, but If you walk into hicksville shahs and see this young lady, get in your car and literally go to the next closest shahs.Not worth it.

They've changed, not good at all anymore. Sooo little portion now. Those pictures are deceiving. The city started this and is GENEROUS w/the portion for the price. The taste isn't the same, either. Also WHY IS NO ONE WEARING A MASK INSIDE? Neither the employees (whom are bearded, mind you), NOR the customers. The customers were ALL YOUNG and just came back from the club scene, some others were ALSO in their twenties and ALSO came in MASKLESS!I was the ONLY one that came in w/a mask on. I should have left. I was pretty scared to place an order.
