Been wanting to give roast a try for a while now, and honestly was disappointed when I opened the food at home for my family of 5. The chicken alla vodka was burnt, the sauce with the fries was very low, pretty much nothing in it. The Brussels were burnt, 2 of our sandwiches were wrong. The only good sandwich was the eggplant caprese. This experience makes me not want to have Roast again
Best sandwich place ever! Chicken panini with potato soup was amazing. My daughter got the roast beef sandwich. Delicious. Bread is super fresh and delicious. The Brussel sprouts as a side are fantastic! Definitely recommend this place.
Place was spotless. Bright and friendly environment but its the food that this place serves that is absolutely making it tops on our list.

The more that I order from this place the more it gets more and more disappointing. I remember getting a decent size sandwich for half but now it has gotten smaller. Not only that but when you say “toast” we do not want BURNT sandwich. The food quality in this place has gone down the hill!!So disappointed as I have high hopes and really did like this place in the beginning. But I don’t think I can waste anymore of my money here. I will just have to find another one.

I usually am a fan, especially the Mineola location, but today got the Philly Cheese Steak as is. The meat was pretty dry, not much flavor and I only had half the sandwich with peppers/onions. It was during lunch hours so I know it's busy, but at $14+ for JUST a non-standard Philly Sub, I do expect it to be better.
