Had the special which included lobster, shrimp and salmon with orzo rice. It was very good. Also the Brussel sprouts side dish. Only disappointment was they do not have key lime pie as a dessert choice anymore.
Absolutely terrible. Was seated at 4pm @ 5:15 our food started to come out & was completely wrong. Some belonged to the table next to us. There was a dish brought back to the kitchen. We called for the manager & explained the issue. She went to the kitchen to get our food. At 5:50 they brought out partial plates. My husband’s dish was the dish brought back earlier to only be given back with extra sides & it was completely cold. It wasn’t busy at all. We didn’t stay & I’ll never go back
Picked up my online order here & when I got home they were missing my seafood mushrooms. Called the restaurant back to be put on hold for over 1/2 an hour 2x - the young lady on the phone didn't take my information as she just put me on hold. Try calling again today & no answerWill escalate this as red lobster has been slacking lately - I remember coming here & having a great meal but over the years the service has took a turn 4 the worst regarding customer service
I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to comment on the excellent service my mom and I received tonight at the Hicksville location. Even though they were extremely busy for the holiday, everyone was hospitable and accommodating with pleasant dispositions. We had the pleasure of being served at the bar by Andrew and the manager, Naeema, was an absolute dream. The way she handled the to go orders showed she was an expert at her job. Thank you Hicksville Red Lobster for making our Mother’s Day a special one ?
My wife and I had fried scallops shrimp, and clam strips, and it tasted as if I had misses pauls, which.would have probably have tasted better. It was my wife's birthday. I have been to Red Lobster before and the food had been better. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
Ordered to go. Came home and opened the lobster dip, it's only half. I believe the burnt area shows that's where the dip was up to and the kitchen kept it warm. But waitress took half before the food was picked up? Also no biscuit was given with the order!?

We had gift cards and decided to finally use them. It's been a very long time since we were there. It was a great experience. Service and food were ?. We will definitely get there again soon.
Always love coming here staff is always welcoming and the food is always on point my favorite is the stuffed mushrooms but love to try new menu items ? the ultimate feast is great as well my favorite crab fest
Well,it's been a while since I've been here and to say, that certain things have changed,for example, the lobster bisque appetizer didn't have little bits of chopped lobster like it use to have in the past.the shrimps are alot smaller as well,it was good but much better in the past,I guess iam going to have to turn my honda accord into a time machine and visit the past,
