Went there on a Saturday at 5:30, with a reservation! Got seated right on time, however it took a really long time for anyone to come over to the table to start with. When the waitress finally came over she took our order, and to be specific mine came with a salad which I never received, they never put any bread on the table, and the manager kept saying it was because it was a changeover from the tent they have in the front and some thing with a baby shower. Honestly that is not my problem I had a reservation at 5:30 and everything from start to finish was a disaster. I definitely will not go back .
Have been to this restaurant many times. Always have enjoyed my food and service. This time I cannot say the same thing. Service was not good, my granddaughters pizza came out as we were already eating, was not asked if we wanted any water or anything. Spent $170.00 with tip. Know they were extremely crowded, had large parties. But first time I brought 3 other people with me and I felt bad as I raved so much about this restaurant.
Great place to come for dinner. Very loud but I think you would expect that going in. Live music was awesome. Food and service was excellent.

From the moment we walked in everything from start to finish was incredible. Each course was a delicious perfect portion. We had the best Valentine’s Day dinner….amazing food and our server, she was phenomenal.
One of the most aggravating experiences ever. I have been at this location before and have had a GREAT experience. But this time, I went with 5 other people, for the family unlimited deal. The night seemed to be starting well. I am well aware that with the family unlimited, that the sangria pitchers are refilled once empty. Obviously with a party of 6 the pitchers go fast. I’m pretty patient, but it took forever to get refilled. We were rushed through each course. For the third refill, I had to ask and was given attitude. When the waiter went to go get it he started going to other staff and started talking and looking at us. We wanted to continue with the unlimited, we were celebrating something, but unfortunately we were rushed through ever course and only had three rounds of the sangria. The waiter also was confused about a simple payment of the check. It ruined me and my friends night and we had to walk in the cold elsewhere. Waste of money
We went for a celebration as a friend group and came out paying 10x more than we should of. Right when we got in we stated we wanted to do Family Style. We were brought out a pitcher of sangria, than brought out our appetizer. 10 mins after it was brought out we were asked if we were done and asked to pack it. After we were brought another pitcher of sangria and brought out our entree. We were asked 3 times if we wanted our entree packed after 10 minutes of eating. After multiple times of saying we were picking on it they proceeded to pack it up. Than dessert was brought to us. We payed for unlimited family style. We asked MULTIPLE times for our sangria to be filled and it was never filled after 3x of asking. We were than confronted with the check and someone asked if we’re able to drink after the check was payed and we were Never given an answer and than the check was brought out and we were forced to walk down the block to finish our night else were
Made a reservation for 10+ for my wife’s birthday which included both adults & children. One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. Upon entering the exhaust smelling outside dining tent. The Worst waiter ever was waiting OMG super rude, he flat out didn’t care. Place was packed, don’t worry they fit us in like sardines. Complete with a Line for restrooms like you’re at a nightclub. We weren’t even provided all the food as stated on the fixed price family style menu. But after an hour and a half we just wanted to leave. Im not one to ever do a review I just hope I save some folks from wasting their money here.
For my first time, I was slightly disappointed to be honest and I hate to say that because I have heard such good things about them.First, I entered and asked the person who seemed to play the host part if there was a long wait and his exact words were, "No I can get you in right now." So I said I am going to get them and I will be right back, and so I went and got my family from the car and once we returned we were told there was absolutely no room right now and we would have to wait. I am not annoyed by the wait because it was only 10-15 minutes, but I am annoyed by that deception and lack of communication.Aside from the table that would not stop rocking the entire time we were seated, we were seated only about 10 feet from a DJ booth, which was ok, but by the time we got our appetizer, the music was blasting and I could not even hear my girlfriend trying to communicate with me.I will say, the octopus was great and the rest of the food was as well. I will not take that away from them, I did enjoy the food. Only issue was you only have a choice of a salad or a pasta. For the price, I felt that was not fair. I would have enjoyed the entre more if it came with a side of pasta as well.Hopefully if I go back to this location, I will have a better experience but it will definitely not be on a weekend where the DJ blasts loud music in your face, or maybe I will just have to visit other locations to have a better experience.
The service was fair. The waitress didn't give my wife what she ordered. My meal was warm at best. We were a party of 7 and they seated us out side. Which would have been okay but the heat was not sufficient. At some time, when the weather gets warmer, we'll try it again.
