Very dirty, in these day and age where people are getting so sick and germ conscious. The person at the register took the payment from a customer, enters it into her computer before knitting the dough. All without washing or using a glove. The man that takes over from her also played on his phone before sprinkling some cheese on the dough also without a glove. They don't seem to care!! Where is the department of health. Now you see why people are getting sick!! I walked out of the store and I informed them I will be contacting their main office. Thank God I went into the store, my poor children!!!
Called up to place an order. Some guy thinking he was being funny claimed I had called Dominos Pizza. I hung up and called back. This time he pretended to get confused with my order making to the point where it was apparent that the fellow was either a jerk trying to impress his buddies who were likely listening in and laughing in the back or he was recording his next segment for Tik Tok. I told him to act professional and get his act together, wherein he hung up on me. I am a longtime customer. Never experienced such treatment or bad service in the past. They have lost me as a customer.
Ordered a pizza on Super Bowl Sunday at 5.45 pm and knowing the busy schedule, decided to wait it through till they delivered.Called up the location not once but 23 times, to inform the delivery person about drop off instructions.Not one soul was present to answer the phone, I guess the only person available to answer was the order taker.What is worrisome is that they had someone to take orders but no one to handle customer service.Finally managed to get someone after all these attempts.Got my pizza at 9pm, literally frozen in the cold sitting outside the doorstep of my neighbors house who was kind enough to bring it over to my house.Absolutely a bunch of inexperienced staff working and poor management who were not prepared to handle the busy routine

I've given this place multiple tries and I always regret it. My order was estimated to take an hour, and nothing. At 1 hour 20 mins I tried calling. Couldn't get through. The option for "order status" said "no one is available" the option for manager, left me on hold for 15 minutes. I literally got in my car and drove to the location. 2 mins before I arrived, I got a call from the delivery guy he arrived. A whopping 1 hour and 45 minute wait. And the 10 inch cheesticks came circular and cut like a pizza
Ordered pizza got Delivery after 3 hours. I understand it can get busy sometimes but communication is the best key for any business. Received cold pizza if store cannot handle orders stop taking orders.
And hour plus waiting time for delivery. No one ever answers the phone . This place is an embarrassment to the papajohns pizza industry. Dominos is much better delivery never takes no more then 20 min . Shame on. this place for such ridiculous customer service
If you order, good luck, they only provide an estimated* time of delivery, which is wrong, you will get a cold pizza an hour+ later. Papa John's is not worth the lower price. They don't have enough people or something else is wrong.
Ordered2 medium 2 topping pizza and 8 piece well done wings. My wings first off was soggy. Was not well done. The crust on the pizza was plain no butter garlic on the crust or anything. Would had took it back but it was was late and kids had to eat. Will never order from this place again. Should had just went to the papa johns in Brentwood.
they have great food but their really slow and don’t really maintain on task let’s say and every time I give them an order their just sitting there. I’ve had to wait an hour once just to get one pizza pie.they have a lot of workers but always chatting
